The room is very small, the single bed measuring 100x200 is very narrow, even walking around the room is difficult, the only advantage is the cheap price, but the location is far from the center of Kota Kinabalu.

It's very good to stay here because it's close to 1borneo mall.

Being in the 1borneo hypermart shopping center makes it fun to look for goods or food.

I came here 3 times, I also stayed here 3 times so far it's okay, the aircond is cold, the toilet is clean, it's comfortable, there are a lot of mirrors, the room is clean. The room is not too big, just for single or 2 people

I stayed 4 nights, chose a room with a window, apparently it was no different from no window. There is no sunlight. Every time I come at night, there is no drinking water. So I had to go back down to the lobby to ask for drinking water. In fact, one night I went downstairs several times to ask for drinking water, and several times I was told to wait in the room but the drinking water never came. Even though every day the mattress looks neat (maybe it is cleaned), the bathroom is never cleaned. I even had to go to the lobby again to ask for tissue and bathroom footcloths. It's best if the rooms are equipped with telephones, making it easier for guests to ask for things, and don't end up having to go back and forth to the lobby like me at night. Luckily the environment is in the mall area.

The staff was very friendly. Everything soo easy to handle. Room also clean and comfortable, toilet okay and have tissue, thank you. Everything okay, next time will come here again!

The room aircon didn't work properly, Hot.

Told them to contact us just in case if we forgot something in the hotel room, but didn't call us for updates, we need to keep calling them for it. The twin room is very small no spacious space and no heater in the room at all, compare to the other hotel this one is not OK.

Parking susah, bilik kecil dan remote TV rosak. Heater masak air tak ada di bilik

Not reccomend for honeymoon, but if you want a budget hotel. This is the one you looking for, but ist too small for more than 2 people for double queen room. Choose family package if more than 2 person. Overall, everything just OK.

Rooms are clean, simple and decent. There is no parking available or provided by the hotel, need to walk very far from the paid parking lot. Please don't give wrong info about service/facilities provided. The check in process was very slow. The staff didn't give proper instructions on how to get to the rooms. The entrance location is very weird. Its located next to the toilet entrance. They gave us 2 access cards, one for the room and another one for the glass door next to the lift. But the glass door is always open, no security measures. Non guest can simply get in to the hotel att anytime.

Friendly staff, clean room

Very basic stay in a small and total sealed up compartment, no window, a bit smelly and dirty, TV just for decorations.

No available parking for guest. Need to pay extra for parking fees.

After a week I did my Booking, on the checking day the room only ready at nearly 5pm, and also they offer me a different room due on delay for clean the room by the house keeping.
