The location is easily accessible, comfortable, and the service is good. The staff are all friendly and pleasant. It's close to the mall and has plenty of culinary options nearby. The breakfast menu could use some improvements in the taste of some of the dishes. Otherwise, it's fine.

D'Solo Boutique hotel was conveniently located 10 mins by car from the centre of town. It is boutique style and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. I only had breakfast here. First day, I had ala carte fried noodles and egg which were freshly cooked and tasty. The second morning there was a buffet of Indonesian food. By the time I got there at 0900, the buffet was already cold and not very nice. However, the staff cooked some fried eggs which were perfect. I recommend you have breakfast no later than 0800. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.

Room is a bit old and lacking maintenance. AC blows right onto your face in bed. Bathroom is not in good shape. Noisy surrounding at night. Can certainly be improved since the location is great.

First came here, the receptionist told that because we booked from online with cheaper price we get room in the first floor and the room was old and dark, so we upgrade with additional cost to third floor but the air conditioner was broken and floor was dirty so we ask to moved to other room. after all its just okay services.

The hotel has ok, good view, strategic location very close to malls, places to eat, and amusement parks. the staff is friendly and very helpful, the check in process is easy and fast. Just note for housekeeping to be more careful when doing general cleaning, I yesterday found used plaster on the back of the bed, besides that, more attention was paid to rooms where the phone was broken, it was confirmed that the fo number could be contacted because yesterday the phone number and whatsapp listed could not fortunately contacted the room close to the lobby so it & amp; # 39; s okay not to walk in the hallways.

Very friendly service. even though the hotel is far below expectations, but I think this hotel is very potential if repaired. The hotel lock system still uses old door locks. WiFi is on and off (the majority is off, just a few minutes). The rooms are very large but the lighting is lacking. The hotel feels like home and is quite traditional. Actually, at that price it is comparable to the quality (aka don't expect anything). And most importantly do not be fooled into ordering a deluxe room (which states that you will get a balcony and terrace), because you will get a standard room without a private balcony / terrace (this is actually the most disappointing).

The hotel is actually quite good. it's just a floor room. 1 seems dark and moist. Maybe in the future routine room checking can be scheduled, not just when checked when there will be guests. But overall this hotel is quite good. Very strategic location.

Lift dead, washroom, no tissue, fridge dead room.

I was on the 4th floor, checked-in in the afternoon, the elevator broke down, died until I checked-out in the morning, there was a security that helped bring my suitcase when checking out, but I had to carry my 4-year-old son who was sleeping up the stairs to 4th floor, breakfast is not tasty, Mending order rooms do not use breakfast and keep snacks around the hotel plus it's strategic near the mall and where to eat.
