Overall the stay was great. The service is good, food also has great qualities. It’s comfortable staying here but the room is a little bit smelly, which could be improved.

Room is large good for family. House keeping doing a great job cleaning the room. Breakfast is awesome with many selections and great taste.

All facilities are very good and still maintained, their staff is quite friendly and polite, the location is very strategic and can be reached on foot, will be back next time.

Staying here gives a good impression for me and my family. The rooms are spacious, the TV room is comfortable, the air conditioner is cold, the kitchen equipment is complete, the rooms are cleaned every day neatly, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is also complete, the pool has a nice view of the KL tower. The gym is also complete. The location is also very close to the Petronas tower, just walking a few hundred meters, close to the LRT and the center of the crowd, along the hotel there is also a seven eleven mini market which also provides frozen meals which are practically stay warmed. Very recommended for families who want to vacation in KL. We will return to stay here again next time.

The room is quite spacious and for children aged 6 years is not subject to any charge. Close to the pavilion and twin tower and aquaria. Nice place for dating or family.

This hotel is perfect for families, good and clean service, very comfortable, close to family.

The rooms are spacious, clean, the facilities are very complete, but the breakfast is rather less varied, but quite good overall.

Not many choices for the buffet breakfast. Also the time is not as per mentioned. It is informed that breakfast until 10.30am. Came down at 10am, but they already cleared out the food and not allowed to come in.

Best service! Room was amazingly clean, only 5 minutes walk to Twin Tower Petronas also near with night club so you can enjoy the rest of your night at the club instead the room.
