Wow, I'm really amazed by this hotel. The service is top notch. Requests for early and late check-in are easy. Requests for birthday decorations for my husband were also granted. I really like the bathroom because the toilet and shower are separated by glass so there's no more mess. The drawers and closet are quite spacious. The breakfast is also delicious, the omelet is delicious because the middle is still ooey-gooey. Steamed fish with sambal mata is also really delicious. The pool is really good for relaxing. In front of it is a private beach so playing in the water is also quiet without being disturbed. Overall, I really love Hotel Bintang Flores, thank you to all the helpful staff ❤️

My son can be difficult when it comes to food. One morning he asked for bubur ayam, which was yesterday's menu, so he cried because that day was soto. But a kind-hearted waitress came to him and told my son that she would ask the chef to make bubur ayam for him. This act of service is a great sign that the hotel knew what it takes to be a place to host a family vacation. I am so grateful. Nekarabo, terima kasih.

The swimming pool is nice, clean, and spacious on the beach, very cool.

If I can make a suggestion, please clean the beach from rubish. It is an 'eye sore'.

Overall it was great! The only comments I have is for the hotel management to also make some efforts to clean the plastic waste at the beach in front of the hotel. They may come from the ocean but it’s also not hard to try to clean them as there‘s already hotel staff doing the clean up everyday.

Friendly staff and fast service, the hotel area has a beautiful beach view, a large and comfortable swimming pool right next to the beach, the restaurant staff are also very friendly and responsive, and access is very easy because there are two elevators. The restaurant menu is not very varied. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable and quiet, not noisy.

The room is limited to only 2 people, and we are required to choose either an extra bed or add breakfast, even though we don't need to choose that, so it's like there is no choice.

I just completed a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Bintang Flores, Labuan Bajo. This hotel is truly the perfect choice for enjoying the beauty of Labuan Bajo with comfort and quality service. My room was clean, spacious, and neatly decorated. The ambiance was very comfortable, with a calming ocean view. The hotel facilities are also very complete, from the swimming pool directly overlooking the ocean, the well-maintained garden area, to direct access to a clean and quiet private beach. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. They were always ready to help with a smile and provide very useful information about tourist attractions around Labuan Bajo. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with a choice of local and international dishes. The atmosphere was peaceful, perfect for starting the day well before a busy day. The location is also very strategic—not too far from the city center and harbor, yet still offering a quiet and private atmosphere. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Bintang Flores. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable, quiet vacation in Labuan Bajo with top-notch service. I hope to come back again in the future.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The rear area of the hotel has direct access to the beach, adjacent to the swimming pool, allowing for a direct view of the sunset and the boats at sea. The breakfast menu is quite varied. The bathroom is very clean and well-equipped. We received an additional "happy honeymoon" room decoration, thank you very much. Highly recommended, especially for those looking for a quiet staycation. Access to the city center is also not too far by car.
