The hotel is not worth selling dirty and scary, there is no reception, if the night is scary scary.

The hotel is good, brsih, close to Malioboro, food is less varied.

second time staying here, book at hotel muatiara 1 but everything is transferred in pearls two now very different from when staying here a long time ago the rooms got less clean, the check-in process was long. Gloomy hotel room, lacking lighting. Unfortunately I did not have time to take pictures at all. Minimalist food menu and the taste is also lacking. But the strategic location is in the center of Malioboro street.

Needs a bit of rejuvenation, unfortunately the hotel is strategically located inferior to many a * ry d narrow streets. Plus the location is strategic and there is a bathtub in his room 👍

The service upon arrival of the female receptionist was rather poor. I stayed in room 807. The room was tidy with only a peeling part of the carpet. This hotel was classy in its time. A standard breakfast may be a different weekday time on weekends. Service check-out time is fast and friendly both male and female receptionist. recommended.

It's delicious, the location is right on Malioboro street. Can enjoy Malioboro through the window of the room, everywhere close.

we booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms the AC was not cold, even though it had been repaired by a technician, so our break became uncomfortable / hot. Hopefully in the future, do not sell the problem rooms again.

Located exactly on Malioboro street. Close to Benteng Vredeburg and Bringharjo market. It's just less parking. Friendly service and breakfast worth it according to the room price.

Short stay at Mutiara Malioboro My husband and I get a few things that are less wearing. 1. The room I ordered (Deluxe room) does not match the picture listed in the application. 2. The ambience of the room is very dark, including the gloomy bathroom lights. Room carpets are not properly maintained, so there is a bad odor throughout the room when checking in. Coupled with diplopon leaks that are not renovated properly (there are holes and residual stains left out) 3. Room facilities that cannot be used for example broken water boilers, room cards that always decline with a door locking system, electrical plugs that cannot be used (only one that can be used which is located on the console table), AC rooms that can not be reduced because it seems broken. 4. Clean towels, but it seems less suitable to use because the color is no longer white. The pillow had some stains that seemed to have not been cleaned for a long time. Our most epic and disgusting disappointment was at breakfast, we sat on the hotel restaurant sofa. Just after we finished, my husband jumped off the couch because there was a fairly large mouse (not a rat) coming out of the couch we were sitting on and the mouse touched my husband's elbow. Because we did not want to make a commotion in the morning, we decided to go straight back to the room. Dear a thousand dear, because the hotel staff & employees are very, very welcoming and friendly. Moreover, the location of the hotel is very strategic in the middle of Malioboro, but in my opinion, it's not worth it to stay here even for a short stay. Very disappointing. Not recommended.

Only lacking air-conditioning, not so cold and in the corners of the room, open walls.

Food buffet all karbo , ex : 2 rice buffet, 1 fries potato buffet, 1 bihun buffet. How can we eat well there was only karbo ??? vegetable and appertizer only 1 buffet. Location is in Jl. Malioboro I got good view and near of everything.

The room is clean, service is also good.

Again and again I stay at Mutiara, the old school feel and family atmosphere is very comfortable to live in, but there needs to be an improvement in room 221 The air conditioning is less than optimal.
