The hotel has poor soundproofing, it’s very noisy and hard to rest.

Good locations, near the famous seafood restaurant, non smoking hotel-sleep tight, no need waken by smoke smell 👍

Good service, 5 star service, And will come again.

Fast food restaurant, convenient store quite a walking distance from the hotel. Furthermore, hotel located quite near to the KK airport.

The hotel is nearby some restaurant. The room is spacious for 3 persons. Clean. Only think I can ask for improvement is to keep the coffee and tea warm and hot for breakfast.

The bed is extremely small. Breakfast is very bad. Even the butter is so low quality and no taste.

Nice room even for single traveller.

The place is great! Really comfortable and love it! Would come again to stay here. Cititel, please keep it up your service. Your staff and security guard are so good doing their job. And most importantly, the PARKING! I'm so happy that they have their own parking space for their guest and it ' s free! There ' s no need to park at outside of the hotel and pay for the tickets. Not to forget, the WiFi. Gosh, it ' s so fast and the range are quite big! From top to bottom, I can still use the wifi conveniently without any issues. Thank you cititel express!

Centralised Air-conditioning not cool enough.

Smell good, clean and cozy. The room was a bit small, enough for two people. Love the parking lot area, convenient just in front of the hotel.

Strategic Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities around the hotel are complete.
