I cannot feel the air conditioning at all. The room stayed warm throughout the night, and I couldn’t sleep because of the heat. Please have the air conditioner checked and properly maintained.

Nice room with wide smimming pool.breakfast food taste not good.only pastry is good..old hotel should be upgrade and do some renovation.sorry for my sincere comment.

Hi! The stay was great. I love the cozy bed and foods. However, there was a cockroach in our bathroom and two baby frog in our pool. I hope they improvise more on this problem, thank you very much.

The room comes with a private swimming pool. It's great for family to have fun with privacy, but the room is very old and dusty. Shower room floor tiles are already breaking, countertop breaking, pool wood flooring got holes. Buffet breakfast serve with variety of fried noodle and fried rice, breads, pastries, cereals, but when food is finished, there is no replacement. Ask for it, but they clean it up and it's only 10:30 AM.

Second time staying here. Very best. The best because you can park in front of the room. I want to pick up things.

The staff is okay, but why do I have a room where the sink is clogged, the toilet is slow to pump water, at night when I want to sleep, I can see a woman with long hair in a scary white dress, room H103A

We spent 4 days 3 nights at the Grand Lexis Port Dickson, this place is a lovely vacation spot for anyone especially for the kids with private pool (kids friendly hotel). The staff were very tentative and friendly, rooms are cleaned up every day and any demand is resolved within minutes. Breakfast need improvement everyday is a same. Wonderful place to enjoy a quiet beach experience even the weather (rainy day) didn't spoil our holiday and most difficult moment was the day we had to leave this place. Highly recommended!

I had the most please stay here. Highly recommended. The breakfast was awesome. I recommend to the hotel (admin) to check in at 2pm and check out about 12pm. Thank you.
