Recommendations for those looking for a hotel close to Samrat Airport.

The hotel is currently under renovation, so comfort is a bit compromised. The room was good so far, quite comfortable. The Wi-Fi was quite poor, barely usable.

The room is nice, but the AC is not cold enough, so it feels hot, thank you.

The hotel is nice, lots of trees, even though it's hot but still cool, the parking lot is very spacious, the staff is friendly, close to the airport but far from the city center, the food is varied and delicious. But unfortunately, I checked into the room late in the afternoon because the card error occurred, going back and forth to the lobby to deliver the card. It's a shame that time was wasted, very disappointed. The facilities in the room are not complete, in my room there is no refrigerator, while the room next door has. The sofa legs have been removed, only propped up. It seems the hotel is undergoing renovations, hopefully not only the exterior appearance is improved but the facilities in the room are especially improved. Thank you

Still a favorite hotel, I was satisfied with the room, but it wasn't cold. We requested a room change and were promptly and courteously served. The staff was very professional and helpful. The best service💫

The staff are friendly and despite the renovation still ongoing, they are still professional. The quiet vibes is good for relaxing.

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is very affordable.

Stayed here for 2 nights, so far because I only slept and showered, so there's not much to review. Overall, it was a very good stay here, room service and laundry were very good, even ordering food 24 hours. What needs to be improved is maybe the hot water should work, but yesterday when I stayed, I could only shower with cold water. The idea of providing gallon water in the room is a brilliant idea. Thank you Novotel for being a temporary place while in Manado. Success always 😍

Is this a 4 star hotel? It's pretty terrible. There were no good hotels near the airport so I chose this one, but it was terrible.

It's always feels like home when you stay at Novotel Manado, even for business purposes.

The room was in a bad condition. Mold everywhere, looking not working. Changed to another room but no real improvement.
