The hotel's location is right in front of Sanur Harbor, so you don't have to rush to catch the morning crossing to Nusa Penida. The only downside is that there are no toiletries. Just a small, round bar of soap.

The hotel is relatively inexpensive, comfortable, and quite representative. I've stayed here several times in Denpasar.

It wasn't me who stayed there, but my friend did. According to their explanation, there were no toiletries, no slippers in the room, and no telephone to contact staff. Hopefully, this is helpful and will be further improved.

The hotel staff was unfriendly. When I arrived, I brought my suitcases to the lobby. There was no ramp up the stairs, so we had to carry them ourselves. There was no welcome or assistance at all from the hotel. The elderly gentleman at check-in was unfriendly. When we entered the room, it smelled, the pillowcases were yellow, the bathroom handle was broken, and we asked to be moved, but were refused, citing various reasons. When we slept, our feet and hands itched, likely because of the mattress. The bathroom was not as pictured. The bathroom was also small and moldy, with black mold on the walls. The towels smelled musty. Staying for 4 days and 3 nights, we changed towels every day, and each day the towels smelled the same musty. It's not very close to Sanur Beach. At checkout, there was also no help at all in lowering our suitcases down the stairs.

The place is quite nice, but unfortunately there is no water heater and no free tea or coffee sachets are provided in the room.
