The staff members were all very friendly. A few names I caught was Haziq Asyraf and Maizatul Akma. But they were all friendly. The rooms were fine albeit too cold for my parents. Breakfast was a variety but taste wise not as good as before. Overall a good stay.

The receptionist was very friendly and very good. But the staff in the restaurant were not very good. They were selective about which customers they served well. Even though everyone who came in for breakfast had paid, they should have been served equally, not selective.

Won't regret it. Everything is good. This hotel will be my choice when I go to Shah Alam again.

The price of the room offered is very good. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. The location of the hotel is very strategic because it is in the middle of the city center, close to mosques, banks, UTC and convenience stores. The room is very spacious and comfortable, but the furniture and atmosphere of the room seem a bit old. A large swimming pool, under the roof and Muslim friendly.Meanwhile, the children's swimming pool is very suitable for children. There is a playground, gym, sauna and jacuzzi. I give 5 stars for the dining room and the dinner and breakfast menu. For the cafeteria, very large and comfortable. Dinner is very tasty and in large quantity. Breakfast is varied and has many options.

My stay at Mardhiyah Hotel was excellent. I am really happy with the staff, cleanliness of the hotel and other services. Buffet breakfast choices was plenty as well. Will definitely recommend others to come and stay here.

The facility is good. Room also good. I like all the things about this hotel. But one thing I don’t like is the motorcycle outside of the hotel. So noisy, hard to sleep

The elevator is quite slow. Everything else is okay

It would be nice to walk into a brighter & welcoming bedroom (with lighter decoration and furniture colour) after spending some time outside and feeling tired.

We had a superb time spent in Mardhiyyah. The ambiance is just so great. The staff is very professional and friendly. Foods spread for all meals were all halal and exceptionally delicious. Would recommend this hotel to all, especially Muslims travellers.

Everything was good except for guest wifi. Laptop and mobile phone could connect to wifi but totally no internet connection.

Bilik besar dan sangat selesa.tetapi terpaksa menunggu lebih kurg sejam untuk masuk lift memandangkan bilik di tingkat 17..sarapan pagi sangat sedap dan memuaskan

Parking free. Just toilet flush a bit slow. Recommend to repeat. Slack main breakfast eg nasi lemak, mee goreng just so-so. Dinner buffet superb 😋

Friendly staff and we arrived around 11pm so for the long journey of course we find the bed is comfortable.

The room is great choice for family. Very comfortable. Can improve the accessibility such as Netflix since only got 3 channels. The breakfast buffet is good!

There ' s a grand ambience about the hotel starting from the lobby, reception, coffee house, restaurant and the red-carpeted staircase. Took some wonderful photos in convocation robe here. Rooms are clean and bright, no unwanted smell from the bathroom or carpet. Staff are polite and helpful. Overall a nice overnight experience!

Love with their remote suiz: all in 1 place, beside your bed to switch on or switch off the air conditioner & lamp. No need to wake up from bed!
