It's very close to the airport, only 2 km. The staff was still there until 11 PM when I checked in. However, the room was a bit dusty, as it seemed to be an older building, and the surrounding area also seemed to have been rarely touched.

The family suite with two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen is perfect for families. The water heater works well, and even for washing hands, there's hot water. It's close to the airport and the city center, yet very quiet and conducive to healing. We'll be returning to the Radiant Hotel for our next family vacation.

Recommended. The service is good, the ladies and gentlemen are friendly. When I checked in and checked out, my suitcase was helped to be lifted, and the room was clean and spacious. The AC was cold. The bed was soft. If I go to Bali again, I want to stay at Radiant Hotel again. Thank you Radiant Hotel.

Lokasi sangat dekat dengan airport. Staff ramah dan sangat membantu. Ini cocok untuk hotel transit saja. Sepertinya setelah covid banyak hotel yang jadi agak sepi. Hotel ini salah satunya.

After a direct survey before checking in, see the hotel is located in the village and go inside. Entering the hotel, no staff appeared, see the swimming pool is very dirty full of leaves, the restaurant is closed. In the end, I didn't check in and chose another hotel near the main road.

the place is good cheap and can get free to the airport, but unfortunately yesterday I got a room on lt 2 and there is no elevator, I have to go up and down the stairs, so it's rather troublesome to bring lots of things

The service is less than satisfying. the hotel is too into the alley. lonely like playing a horror movie. room keys are not automatic. The receptionist was inconsistent, initially she gave me the extra bed price of 100,000. It's late at night continue to imagine if the extra bed costs 150 thousand. The room if you just clean the bed only. Dirty glasses and trash not taken. Not really recommended if you want to take a long vacation.

We took two rooms when we arrived, we were told to wait because check-in was 2 o'clock. We waited for about 1 hour. But it paid off because our room was upgraded to the sweet room. One room has a living room and kitchen and two rooms in one room without extra charge. Thanks radiant and spa. Our new year has become more fun.
