It was one of the best place to stay in JB if you are on strict budget! Friendly and helpful staffs, clean room (dont expect it to be a big room since you were paying less), nice location. Do note that it is situated by the main road so it can be quite noisy during nighttime.

Check in was smooth asked for a spare card for electricity, was given by staff. however, it did not work, as the card was invalid.. 1 night only, so it's fine. room was simple, shower was awesome with high and strong pressure. no frills hotel visited many times.
