The staff was friendly, there is a children activity at the ballroom which is great. My overall stay here is better than at the other 5-star hotel the other night.

My stay at this hotel was truly satisfying and far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with extremely friendly and professional service. Check-in was quick and seamless, making us feel immediately at ease. The room was immaculately clean, tidy, and fragrant. The interior was modern and fully equipped, with everything from a super comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with consistent hot water to high-quality amenities. The view from the room was also a plus, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Hotel facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, and restaurant were all very well maintained. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with a wide selection of menu options. The staff were always helpful and attentive to detail, making guests feel truly appreciated. The hotel's location is also strategic, close to various important attractions, making it easy to get around during your stay. Overall, it was a very memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and value for money. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a pleasant stay, with a quiet atmosphere even though it's in the city center. The breakfast menu is varied, and the staff at Kak Billy's restaurant are incredibly friendly.

Ayana is one of my preferred places to stay with my family, both in Jakarta and outside Jakarta. The experience has consistently been top-notch and feels well worth the value.

Good job and recommended. Suitable for business trips, didn't try breakfast because of the early morning flight.

Staying here for 3 nights with my family was a great choice. We were greeted warmly from the lobby, and the room was nice and clean. They even had a pillow menu so you could request one. The breakfast was AMAZING! Everything was delicious. The Indonesian menu was different every day. The restaurant staff were all very friendly. I'll definitely be back at Ayana again.

Staying at Ayana makes me want to go back again soon, nothing to be complained about, great!!

Strategic & comfortable place for staycation

The staff are friendly, I didn't stay here for more than 2 nights, I haven't tried all the facilities yet.
