Excellent 5-star service, clean hotel, enthusiastic and friendly staff.

The hotel location is near the bus stop, the reception and service are quite good.

The room was dusty, as if it hadn't been used for a long time. So for two days, I couldn't sleep because I was short of breath.

Other than the location and the cheap price, there is nothing good about it. The hotel is rundown with poor facilities. I booked 2 nights here but only managed to sleep 1 night, the other night I had to change hotel immediately. Lost 1 night and no refund

I had wonderful stay here, the room size is perfect for solo traveller. The room & bathroom is clean with the amenities. The AC is pretty cold too. They provide towels, hair dryer, water boiler, and hanger.

the hotel was nice, affordable with the price, the staffs are good, they help us how to go to JB, we keep our luggage and it just 2 dollar/day. But so sorry i find some of little cockroaches :(

no bidet. so it's hard to defecate. according to the price. the important thing is the towels are clean and don't smell musty, also the pillowcases and sheets are thin. The cold Toshiba brand AC only goes straight to the bed, because the room is small.
