We always book this hotel every time we are in Singapore. It's clean and convenient. It's just that you can hear some guests talking on the phone in the middle of the night in the hallway and banging of doors. That is the only thing that annoyed me. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the receptionists are kind and friendly.

We reached the hotel by a 15-minute walk from the Aljunied MRT station. It took us one hour to get to the hotel from Changi airport. It's near many Indian and Chinese eateries. It is very convenient.

The mattress and pillows are very hard.. The surrounding environment is not suitable for bringing a family..

Today, April 26th, my son and I checked out. The room was very clean and the facilities were complete. My God, the staff were very, very kind. I got caught in the rain and was going back to Jakarta by bus. They lent me a towel to dry off and an umbrella to get me to the bus stop. I will stay here again if I return to Singapore. Thank you to all the staff for their hospitality. ❤️

Affordable price for budget trip, staff very friendly

As they mentioned they have a safety box according to their website, but actually they don’t have one. Also, no fridge. It’s a very noisy hotel.

We are from Indonesia. Stayed 1 night for a music concert, very easy to go to Arena @expo because we only needed to walk 7 minutes to the MRT Station. The staff, Salma and CG, were very helpful for guidance and friendly. The hotel is tidy and clean.
