Among other Astons, Tropicana Bandung still falls short in terms of food (not very tasty) and mediocre reception service. Facilities are minimal. The only thing that's okay is the rooms.

Aston Topicana Bandung will not disappoint indeed... just a little minor on the TV and the TV channels have not been upgraded, other than that everything is wowsome!!! the staff is friendly, the room, the food are all extraordinary.. and it seems we got a free room upgrade. thank you Aston Tropicana Bandung.. my wife and kids are very happy staying here.

3n 4d stay here, choose this hotel because the Aston name is definitely trusted, strategic location, near the station, easy to find places to eat, friendly hotel staff are very helpful, request for a top floor room with a beautiful view is realized, recommended, next time I go to Bandung I will stay here again, thank you Aston Tropicana 🫶

Because I had work in Bandung until the evening, I had to stay overnight, and I chose the Aston Tropicana Cihampelas Hotel. I've stayed here more than twice. The reasons are: 1. Location The location is very strategic, close to Ciwalk and souvenir and food centers, making it easy to get around. Public transportation is also available. 2. Price and Room The price is very affordable. I got a deluxe king room for 680,000 Rupiah, which included breakfast. The room was spacious and fully equipped. I felt at home there. 3. Facilities The facilities are very complete, including a swimming pool, gym, spa, and more. So, I didn't have to leave the hotel; it was comfortable. 4. Service The staff were very friendly, both during check-in and check-out. Ms. Intan assisted me with the process, and she was very friendly and always smiling. Overall, it's the best, and I'll stay here again if I have work in Bandung. 5. Cleanliness The lobby, rooms, gym, and other areas are very clean. Excellent. The room was great and the staff were brilliant. The only was, the room was not vacuumed and felt dusty and dirty. Other than that, really nice hotel and good stay. Very convenient for shoppin!

The hotel staff is very friendly, the breakfast menu: various food choices are available, Indonesian food, western food, various porridges, etc. The room service is very good, one of which is when we had to have breakfast at 4 am on the first day. One drawback is that the bathtub water leaks so every time we ask for an additional mat. Overall, our 3-night stay at Aston Tropicana Bandung was pleasant and memorable 🙏👍

The bed is short, probably only 1.85 m, even though I'm 1.84 m tall. The room is on the roadside and isn't soundproof, so the sound of vehicles and other things disturbs my sleep.
