The location is in the city center and access to several places in Bandung is very easy.

Got room 707, the room was comfortable & not dim, the staff was friendly, the water heater worked, the only drawback was the hair dryer was dead, but the receptionist responded quickly and provided a replacement hair dryer.

This was my first time staying here. It's easily accessible to the city center and close to shopping and souvenir shops. However, due to its age, it needs a major overhaul, but I think it's sufficient. Always improving and always striving to provide the best for our customers.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel lobby is spacious and has lots of sofas, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the swimming pool is clean, towels are provided, close to culinary places, Ciwalk Mall is just a short walk away, the hotel is responsive, I left something behind and the hotel sent it to my house.

Luxurious hotel, excellent service. Surprised to find a bathtub, the kids were even more delighted. The staff were all very friendly. A suggestion for breakfast is to have fried rice, hehe.

We were on vacation with a 1-year-old baby, and the hotel was child-friendly and the facilities were adequate for us. The room was quite spacious, but one thing I personally found unsatisfactory was the men's sauna, located in a public area. The Aston Tropicana Hotel shares its swimming pool with Fave Hotel, which all Fave guests used to swim in. This made it a bit uncomfortable.

The kids are very happy and fun, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and kind, but if possible the bathroom mats should be added, min, because they tend to overflow when taking a shower especially if using a bath up and the restaurant is clean, neat, and the food has a lot of menus, but in terms of taste, if it can be improved a little because there is still something lacking in each food menu. In short, it's great to stay here, no regrets, if you go to Bandung, you will definitely come here again, a recommended hotel.

The hotel is very close to Cihampelas Mall, with a luxurious lobby, varied and delicious food, and a heated pool for kids. It's simply the best.
