Honestly, I just checked in 3 hours ago, I immediately checked out because the room was not suitable, there was a connecting door and I asked to change rooms, the FO staff said there were no vacant rooms, and explained that the connecting door had been disabled, but I was disappointed because I booked a room via Traveloka and there was no connecting door. And when I entered the room I got, the toilet was in the same direction as the Qibla direction, that was really not allowed. When I checked out, the FO only said that there were no items left behind. They should have asked me again why I checked out right away. I was very disappointed. This is the first time I have booked a hotel and the room did not match my request.
