Friendly staff, easy to rest, and a peaceful atmosphere. I'll definitely be back if I go back to Surabaya.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the location is in the city center, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the smoking room is ready, it's a shame there isn't a pool yet.

First time staying here, the staff are friendly, got a room on the 9th floor so you can get a good view of Surabaya city, the room is quite spacious, the staff responded quickly when asked for help

The umpteenth time I stayed at a Santika chain hotel, I felt satisfied and comfortable. It's just that there really needs to be a guide that while in the hallway, all guests must not be noisy. Success always for Santika.

Honestly, I just checked in 3 hours ago, I immediately checked out because the room was not suitable, there was a connecting door and I asked to change rooms, the FO staff said there were no vacant rooms, and explained that the connecting door had been disabled, but I was disappointed because I booked a room via Traveloka and there was no connecting door. And when I entered the room I got, the toilet was in the same direction as the Qibla direction, that was really not allowed. When I checked out, the FO only said that there were no items left behind. They should have asked me again why I checked out right away. I was very disappointed. This is the first time I have booked a hotel and the room did not match my request.

The second experience at Santika Pandegiling, spacious rooms and clean bathrooms are the main value of our stay with a City View view. However, on the 3rd day we started to get bored with the breakfast choices, especially desserts. We still found insects (tomcats) and they irritated our toddler and wife. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

Staying several times at Santika Pandegiling provides quite an interesting experience, including: - Friendly Staff - Spacious Rooms - Smart TV (for executive type) - Clean Bathroom - Daily Towel and Mat Replacement - Free Breakfast However, there were unpleasant experiences related to: - Insects (tomcats) were found several times on the room floor, bathroom floor, sink, and blanket - Cleanliness under the sofa and in the last room under the sofa there was a hole and the cloth was hanging on the floor with dusty conditions - Variety of food - especially fruit juice variations
