asking for early check in but not allowed by the lady infront, 12.30 asking again still not allowed. im with my kid, like come on dear... And when the staff change, theres 2 man check in and allowed, so i asked again and he allowed us to check in.

Checking in and out, I had to drag my own suitcases to and from the room. Even though I had a lot of large suitcases. I was just returning from vacation and wanted to stay here to rest. The room smelled and wasn't clean, even though I had chosen the highest room type. The sheets were dirty. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious.

The service is excellent, with free parking and very helpful staff. The location is strategic, close to Jalan Sabang (a culinary destination), and close to Sarinah, Sabang, and the CFD area.

Check-in was fast, and the room was comfortable. However, the bathroom smelled of cigarettes, even though no one was smoking.
The central AC couldn't be adjusted, so it was so cold I couldn't sleep. I had to turn it off to sleep.
The entire staff was friendly, and the security was excellent. They even lent me an umbrella when it rained when I wanted to buy dinner.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Oria Wahid Hasyim! Its strategic location makes it easy to access various interesting places in Jakarta. However, what impressed me the most was the incredibly friendly and professional service of the staff, especially the House Keeping team who were very responsive and always ready to help. The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, and every request I had was handled quickly and attentively. I highly recommend this hotel!
