I stayed at this hotel late last month. We had a room on the third floor. The toilet wouldn't flush. The technician came several times, but there was no repair, and no offer to move. I called the receptionist at night, but no one answered. When we tried to check out at 5:30 in the morning, they weren't there. The security guard was there. It was a truly awful experience. Luckily, we only stayed here briefly, just for a layover to avoid missing our train.
