We had informed the receptionist that we would be checking out early and that we would like breakfast provided earlier, but it had to be ordered at 7am before it was ready. It was very disappointing. For us, bread, omelettes, fruit, coffee, and tea would have been better, and the receptionist was also very unfriendly. Our first impression was that Bali was very friendly, but this was lacking. Please never judge a book by its cover. Thank you, hopefully they will be more professional in the future.

The AC isn't working, it's on but it's hot. Sorry, I brought the kids because it's really hot. Please fix it again. The WiFi doesn't work at all because it's said to be interrupted.

The hotel staff is friendly, even though it is an old hotel, almost 90% of the facilities are still functioning, it is very worth the price.

My first staycation at the Nirmala Hotel. The hotel was quite damp, and I was surprised to find worms coming out of it when I was about to take a shower. The room was quite clean, but it looked like it needed some renovation, especially in the bathroom. The hotel was already nice, but perhaps the owner didn't want to renovate it, perhaps in terms of the TV facilities or cleanliness.

Friendly staff, good service, delicious breakfast, slow wifi and signal on the 4th floor, rooms and bathrooms are not clean and well maintained, horror.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in, only one thing I forgot was a towel while I was still staying, it was taken on the second day and I forgot to report it.

For the price I pay, it is very worth the value.
