The location is very strategic, near the city center and connected to TP Mall. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is perfect. I experienced that my room had a bad smell, like the smell of paint. Cleanliness in the bathroom needs to be improved.

It's good, but please let us know if there's an event so we can go to the lounge and make an appointment with someone because the lounge is closed so we can't.

Leaving the hotel and going straight into the mall really saves time, and some of the hotel staff I met were very friendly and the breakfast menu is varied and delicious.
