The hotel was beautiful! The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again.

1st time in the vanilla Garden and wouldn't hesitate returning a lovely hotel with good friendly hard working staff.

Wonderful location and amenities

We had a lovely stay the room was amazing we got upgraded to a suit which was lovely. The big downfall was not being told about the building work behind the hotel this was so load and you constantly heard the banging whilst round the pool. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay

Property was good. Surrounding area was not so great, loud, dirty, too touristy.

Really nice hotel. It's so well kept always saw cleaners about keeping the place tidy. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of choice. They do nice cocktails. Staff very polite and helpful with all our needs. Hotels in good location quiet at night considering bars are in walking distance. Would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Tenerife.

Really enjoyed the whole experience at Vanilla Garden. The Vanilla Suite was well worth the money and all of the staff were super friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good also

Lovely smaller hotel. Staff was excellent, breakfast was fine. The pool area was great. Only complaint was the ac in the rooms wasn’t excellent- it would shut off multiple times during the night, but overall was a great stay and would stay again

Could not fault the hotel, staff were really helpful. However, building work going in behind the hotel and was very noisy all day.

Let me start by saying that our welcome to the hotel was excellent for our 7 day stay. We were greeted by the friendliest lady. I didn't get her name, but she made our welcome amazing. Long blonde hair originally from Belgium. She greeted us with a glass of Prosecco. A big shout out to Rafu who made every morning he worked a great start to the day. The cleaning people were also amazing, so thank you. Pros: location was easy to get to, and situated by grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The property is maintained very well with beautiful plants. The rooms are average nothing elaborate, but having a balcony was really nice. To operate safe, you will need to pay 18€ for a week or 3€ a day. Well worth it for a piece of mind. The beds and pillows are okay. To me they felt like two steps up from a pull out sofa mattress (in my opinion). Could be different in a suite. Pool: Sun beds and pool were wonderful. Happy hour from 4-5 at the bar. You can rent large towels from the front desk for a deposit of 10€ a piece. There is a 2.50€ fee for a clean replacement. Food: Breakfast was good. Dinner another story. Theme night was not like their commercials. If you are a foodie, I do not recommend. Not included are drinks including water. Definitely not a renowned French chef. French fries, onion rings, broccoli, cauliflower, cheeses, same salads or make your own. Show casing was a joke. Two proteins offered a night. Fish, hamburger, pork offered nothing else on plate.

Great place very happy excellent value

We booked a suite with a hot tub and two balconies, which was great. Lovely hotel with buffet breakfast . More than meets your needs. The buffet dinner was as good with plenty of offer. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and most helpful. The room was spotless and could find no faults. Very central location. Close to beaches , restaurants and bars. Within about 4 km you have top brand name shops.

Everything was great, except for the amount of noise between rooms and from the outside. Sure, everybody’s there to have a good time. Zero complains about people making joyful noise. But the room’s isolation is next to nothing, so don’t go there expecting to close the door and make the world go away. The world is still quite audible. For a 4-star hotel, I was expecting far better isolation, but hey, whatever. We still had a great time, and the location is excellent.

Lovely boutique hotel lovely room nice touch wirh rhe champagne and fruit. Room always kept clean , lovely breakfast too Also recommend the paella it was lovely Great experience here over the Christmas and would definitely go back. Added bonus was the jacuzzi.

We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back again. The Hotel is lovely, well situated and spotless. Being adult only was a big advantage as was always peaceful. The pool is great and the food is good. Staff are very friendly. We ate at the hotel a few times and enjoyed everything we had.

Excellent hotel. Lovely staff. Stayed half board. Buffet style breakfast and evening meals with plenty of choice serving till late.
