Reception staff very helpful. Beautiful and confortable lounge. Room was not as nice as expected. Probably we were in an older wing, since the rug of the hall changed while we were walking towards our room. Overall, the room was clean, but the shower seemed needed better maintenance, Since you can see some mold in the walls and corners.

There was some noticeable wear and tear on various elements of the room. Taped shower glass and blinds for example.

The stay was overall mediocre. Although the location was fantastic and food tasty, we was disappointed to find two cockroaches in our room in the first night. We immediately requested to move rooms the next day, but unfortunately did not enjoy the stay as much as we wish we did. It’s a shame because we came to Barcelona for our close friend’s wedding and had a lot of friends staying in the hotel. We’d likely not stay here again.

Love this hotel the location is amazing

Walking distance to everything (shopping, dining, attractions). I stayed in two different rooms during my stay. The family room is spacious but it needs serious renovation and the mattress is squeaky.. However, standard room was very good. The rooftop restaurant is nice and the food is pretty good. Staffs are very friendly.

The staff was extremely friendly and the view of La Sagrada Familia from the rooftop bar is amazing. The location is walkable to La Sagrada Familia and the Gothic Quarter.

Lovely hotel! Wish we stayed longer. Great central location too if it’s your first time in barcelona. Near a lot of shopping and restaurants. Also easy to get a taxi or take the train.

The breakfast needs major improvements. Not enough options for non pork eaters. Needs a spa. Rooms need to provide robes.

The breakfast way over priced…… The roof top staff were rude. Hotel is continently located . They recommended a car service to pick up from the port and take to the airport. It was a taxi. I spoke with other taxis afterwards and I was way over charged. I would stay again because room was comfy and it is right in the middle of a good part of town.

Breakfast buffet was great. Our upgraded suite was beautiful and spacious.

We stayed at Hotel Condes de Barcelona and loved it. Customer service was great. We had a few issues with our room, and they changed it without any questions. The breakfast included was great, fresh fruit and fresh squeezed juice along with Spain’s best meat and cheeses, included. We actually cancelled a reservation at another hotel and booked the last leg of our trip at this hotel. We also had some schedule changes and they were very accommodating. Friendly staff, 24/7 and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
