I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children, the pools and slides are amazing. There are loads of sun loungers on offer and seating area, a plus is there are no queues or running to get your sun loungers, it’s really calm. The rooms are clean and beds and towels changed everyday. Staff are constantly keeping all areas of the hotel well maintained and clean. The staff are really friendly, especially the staff in the restaurant, we throughly enjoyed the food as well.

I stayed one night and honestly the hotel is very different from how it's advertised on their website. It brags about being a four-star hotel, but it's a three. From the moment you arrive, it's in an area that's completely dirty, full of shops and trash outside, nothing like what you picture from a resort. The staff was friendly when we got there and explained everything, I'll give them that. But everything is dirty. From the parking lot, which has huge spiderwebs, to the rooms, which looked like they had only made the bed and cleaned nothing else. The AC in my room shut off after 30 minutes, every time. What worried me most was the hygiene of the whole place. On top of that, the schedules are very strict. Both lunch and breakfast are in two-hour windows, that's it. The kids' activities they advertise in the salon only ran four hours, split into two-hour blocks. If you're there all day, you'd want to use the facilities longer. Same with the pools, they have a strict schedule and they're not the most hygienic part. The water slides, even though they're really nice and a lot of fun, need cleaning. It's something you can see, you can tell the state they're all in. I think it can be a good deal for a lot of people. But it can't be advertised as a four-star hotel, definitely not, because it isn't.

The shower in the room was blocked.and kept flooding the floor. Had to use towels to clean up everytime myself. Told the staff a few times, but they dine nothing to sort it

Great hotel! Food was good, hotel was clean, pools were great! Only let down was kids entertainment starting at 9pm is too late. Other than that great hotel

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Best Lloret Splash. The hotel is located close to the beach, Lloret Castle and local shops. It also has Swimming pool and water park on site. Good size bedrooms and delicious food. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

As a family with many childern ages 2- 14 the children had a good time in the pools on the slides etc. However, there was a lack of activities, other than a game of water football once a day and a game of darts. There were pool tables there but that was it. Leaving the majority of the pre teens here to just run wild all day and evening. Evening entertainment wasnt all that great either same childs disco with 5 songs every night. And only outdoor.

Lovely staff and good food with all inclusive menu. Great pool with slides and lots of space. Easy walking distance to town and beach

It was amazing because we had every day activities for the kids. The kids loved Miniklub. I recomand this hotel for families and especially for families with kids

IT WAS ONE OF THE HOTELS WE WHERE STAYING IN LORET DE MAR. THIS ONE HAD THE BEST FOOD, THE BEST ROOMS, AND GOOD LOCATION. ONLY WHAT NEED TO REFRESH IS WHATER SLIDES THEY LITTLE BIT TIRED. BUT IN TOTAL IS VERY GOOD. SO TOP OF HOTELS I VISITED 1 BEST LORET SPLASH 2 SAMBA 3 SURF MAR

The best is the water park fir the children. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean The food is ok but there's so much waste in the restaurant. They really need to think about imposing fines to guests who don't know how to use a buffet sensibly. People smoke everywhere outside and nobody challenges them. This was very annoying as I have young children.

Perfect hotel for family with kids. Waterslides and kids pool is perfect. More than recommended.

Good Points: We went half board. I thought the food was great, the room clenliness was brilliant & the children loved the pool & the slides... Poor Points: The cleanliness of the outdoor areas was very poor... no cleaning took place until the morning time and the tiles around the pool area and the seating area under the awning often went days without being power-hosed so spills & dirt were there morning after morning.. let the place down.

Food was terrible. Not enough food choices and usually cold. Brilliant waterpark but inadequate cleaning schedules. Apart from aerobics there was hardly any entertainment. Just 30 minutes evening entertainment for children then nothing. Rooms lovely but small.

The hotel has everything for everybody to make us enjoy the vacation.

A short distance from the hustle n bustle of the main strip n beach. Beds need replacing as they are very basic. Air con does work....however never gets very cool. Food was ok but a bit too repetitive and not much is served warm despite being under the food warmers. If you are not all inclusive drinks n snacks can be very expensive for the amount you get. Not all reception staff were friendly. Pool area was lovely even if overrun by the sheer volumes of families. There are several stairs to get into the hotel so be prepares to lug ur cases as no help will be offered and avoid if you have mobility difficulties.

Det här boendet är inte ens värt en stjärna. Incheckningen tog lång tid och personalen hade ingen ordning på kön. Jag fick vänta länge medan personer som kom efter oss fick hjälp först. Till slut fick jag säga till. När vi kom till rummet upptäckte vi att det var smutsigt, trots att vi hade checkat in bara 15 minuter tidigare. Det fanns hår överallt samt fläckar på lakan och handdukar. Jag gick tillbaka till receptionen och påpekade detta, men bemötandet var mycket otrevligt. En äldre kvinna med kort hår och glasögon, följde med till rummet men hävdade ändå att det var rent, trots att jag visade henne smutsen. Vi fick inte byta rum. De följande dagarna blev rummet däremot mycket bra städat, och personen ( en man) som städade gjorde ett fantastiskt jobb. Poolen var också mycket smutsig och ohygienisk. Det låg stenar och smuts på botten och hår fastnade mellan fingrarna när man simmade. Badvakterna verkade dessutom mer intresserade av att sola än att hålla uppsikt. Hotellet kanske hade fyra stjärnor när det öppnade, men idag lever det inte alls upp till den standard man förväntar sig av ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Det är smutsigt, slitet och servicen är långt ifrån vad man kan förvänta sig. Den äldre damen i receptionen med kort hår och glasögon behöver lära sig vad kundbemötande är. Varje gång vi gick förbi receptionen stirrade hon på oss och gav onda blickar. Vi kommer inte tillbaka!
