Had a great week, my little room had everything I needed, bathroom was newly refurbished and was great, shower was fabulous 👌. Few minutes to walk to the pool which wasn't a problem, will definitely stay again.

On my 1st night arrivals they did not give me me the room I booked with 2 bed and balcony, i have to complain and it was so difficult , at the end they moved me to the room I booked on the 2and night, it was very bad experience at this hotel and was so upset and disappointed .

Room was ok other than huge lack of plug sockets. Get what you pay for, ok for a base to sleep. Staff were lovely other than 1 complete jobsworth who usually was on night shift reception. Good location to the bus station and egg

Clean hotel with helpful staff.

The room was very clean and it was fantastic having a kettle and a fridge. We had a warm welcome from the staff and they were helpful replacing a non working hairdryer. The balcony was nice but looked out on a building under construction. The only downside was the noise, quite thin walls although, thankfully, it was a quieter bit of town. It was a bit far to walk to the pool also. Otherwise the location was great, accesible but not too busy.

De todos los lugares donde me hospedé, este fue definitivamente mi favorito, no solo por lo lindo y limpio del hotel, pero el servicio fue excelente, los empleados son muy amables, serviciales y atentos, muchas gracias a Alfonso y Denis por habernos atendido muy bien y tomarse el tiempo de recomendarnos lugares! Recomiendo mucho este hotel, regresaría nuevamente sin dudarlo! Además está muy bien ubicado!

The hotel is superb clean and you can easily talk to the staff. They speak English very well. Staff is accommodating and helpful. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from the plaza and very near to the bus station.💕👌

Rooms are plain, very clean but on the basic side.I did like the balcony with outdoor shower… Staff are friendly and helpful Breakfast buffet is worth the 10Euros. The swimming pool is not on the same site as the Hotel but it is close by down the street and part of another hotel - does food and coffee and drinks etc The waterfront marina is about 5 mins walk from the Hotel. They have a parking spot for 10Euros per day. Overall it was good!

Nice hotel

The photos show a pool, there is not a pool at the property, you need to walk several blocks to the pool. The walls of the hotel are very thin and you can hear all the people in the hotel at all hours of the night, which makes it very difficult to sleep.

I really point out one thing. Staffs are super friendly and eager to help. And breakfast was beautiful. This hotel has no swimming pool but you can use other pools nearby. This can be one demerit but the locatiom of this hotel was perfectly close to San Antonio port and San Antonio Bis terminal. I was able to enjoy my night clubbing comfortably by bus which saved expensive Uber charges.
