Great hotel. Well maintained. Staff was friendly. Rooftop bar for a night cap after walking around was perfect. Lots of restaurants around. Walking distance to main attractions. Right across from a shopping mall. My only issue is parking is 200 meters at a public parking lot. Not a big deal but reveling with kids (toddler), strollers and luggages, makes it a little tough. Overall, great stay.

Very nice hotel. Two night stay. The rooms and beds were comfortable and well appointed. The staff (especially the hostess and the breakfast) were very friendly and helpful. We travelled with a 12 and 8 year old the room was good size. We felt there was sufficient room. We would recommend this hotel based on comfort cleanliness and walkability.

The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and most helpful with genuine advice! (For food, entertainment etc)

Large, comfortable rooms and an amazing rooftop pool & bar

The staff was great, the location is excellent. The rooms varied a lot, such that we had to upgrade from a “superior” room that had almost no natural light and barely enough room for the bed. The room we upgraded to (a family room) was much better. The gym is passable, but not great and the pool is smaller than it appears in photos. Overall, a very good hotel with accommodating and helpful staff who take good care to keep the place clean and neat. It’s also very central

Comfy beds and really nice hotel room. Not right inside the historic section, but really close, a nice walk to get there. Really enjoyed seeing Granada and this was a good home base, especially the AC and the quiet.

This was a great hotel for a short stay. The pool is smaller than we hoped but worked well with an upstairs bar and dinner. The views from the rooftop were fantastic! We can’t say enough about the amazing staff! If you get the chance, Juan Carlos on the rooftop is the absolute best!

Size and layout of rooms will vary depending on which side of the building you are placed on. Overall very nice and clean hotel. The pool is small.
