Lovely hotel with good facilities for children.

Good expitience, we picked an all inclusive. Good food quality, various meals, pools a bit small but the sea is in 200 m distance, the slides are for single use than you getting bored, the kids were happy though. There were some activities for kids, you can leave a kid for several hors with animators. The place where the hotel is located is good several small shops near by the beach side... what else you need? Hotel had very limitted quantity of parking slots.

Good resort with plenty of activities for young children. Pool areas were really good with 3 separate areas including kids splash park and bigger slides. Good experience but could be enhanced by more venues being open for breakfast, which was a tad chaotic.

Clean room not much decoration, comfortable bed, staff and service was helpful and happy, nice environment but there was a very damp, sticky scent in the facility. Pool area was nice but we could not use it because it didn't have enough chairs for the occupancy... And this is unfortunate for a resort hotel. Food (breakfast) was all right.

The property was great but there’s nothing to do in that area so it’s pool and beach only. Pool is great for a family with young kids as it is very loud.

Great hotel. The only negative comment is that it should have coffee making facilities in the room

Went with my husband for 2 nights to give the hotel a test run, as we have booked a family holiday for the summer. We were not disappointed. Hotel staff are extremely friendly, food was lovely and pool area fantastic; a kid's paradise actually. Looking forward to taking our family in August

Have to queue up for restaurant for 25 minutes every time for meals. Not enough tables for number of rooms at the hotel. Also. You have to pay for your drinks before you sit down which makes the queue longer and the waiters never open the bottle for you. Drinks are not included. Food was ok, not much variety. Our balcony door was broken and as we were on the ground floor we couldn’t leave the room for hours until someone was sent over. Did have to call reception a few times. No gym and the kids club was in the basement with no air conditioning. Small room, very busy. In the lounge, air freshener is continuously pumped. There is a swing inside which is never vacant and kids screaming around it. Rooms are very clean on the whole.

Good for families not for couples. Resort nothing to do and only handful of restaurants

Visited in October and very quiet. The hotel was very clean and the staff very polite, but the room was sparsely furnished and the food not very good.

The hotel is great. It's very close to the beach, which is pebble by the way and not sand so Sand Castles are not possible. Everywhere is very clean and there was not a single issue with that. The pools were great if slightly cold this time of year. The kids pool was warm enough and they had started building a water slide when we were leaving, so that should be ready soon. The nightlife was okay. It seemed mainly tuned for the older generations but it was ok. The room was great. Two massive beds for 3 of us and a huge balcony with private sun loungers. It was over the social room though so at night we got all the very loud music and smells of smoking. But, it was ok. Acceptable certainly. The only thing that bugged me was for the evening meal, as we were half board, we had to pay for all drinks including water. This seemed a little extreme and it annoyed me. Otherwise, the food was excellent and the variety was also excellent. I'd go all-inclusive if i was to go again so i wouldn't get treated like a 2nd class citizen. Overall, a great hotel and is recommended.

This was a very nice place to stay. Spent the whole time at the pool, on the beach, or walking on the paseo along the beach. The view from the room was gorgous and the pool was huge. It was a little tricky getting there on the public bus from Almeria, but once I got there I enjoyed it very much.

Hotel fantastico para unos dias en familia. Todo perfecto a excepción de la comida que es bastante mejorable.

Había una discoteca montada en la entrada del hotel hasta las 12 de la noche. Teníamos una competición al día siguiente y no se podía descansar. Lo comenté en recepción y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada. El hotel no es silencioso.

Poca variedad de comida y el poco parqueo

Todo muy bien, la habitacion amplia y estupenda. Una pena no haber podido disfrutar de lad piscinas por tiempo. Mucho frio y viento.

El buffet muy bueno aunque los postres de baja calidad, lo único que se salvaba eran los crepes recién hechos y la fruta fresca. Tuvimos que quejarnos de la Leche frita que estaba incomible. Las instalaciones muy bien, el personal muy atento y todo super limpio, hasta en el buffet que me sorprendió por la limpieza continua que tenía.
