Great hotel. Room was very comfortable and well-equipped for what we needed. All the staff were a pleasure to speak with, friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay again :)

This is an eco-terrorist hotel! Airco is desactivated intentionally, in the bathroom only a big shampoo bottle, no mini bar, not even a bottle of water (you can buy one at the bar sir, for the price of 3€ for 50cl), no coffee machine in the room, in the hall behind the lift you can read the message : please prefer the stairs ... Where does this happen? In Baqueira sir, the top location for skiing in Spain!!!

Almost everything about the hotel was excellent; Staff - genuinely friendly. Big shout out to Carlos, the courtesy shuttle driver. Location relative to ski slopes Room Ski lockers The only source of disappointment was the evening meals. Generally the main course(s) offered were adequate, though sometimes on the smaller size. Last night however, the meal arrived cold. This leads me to believe that the meals are pre-prepared and then microwaved for serving which is not what I would expect. Also, the main restaurant does not serve coffee for dinner/after dinner - one is expected to go to the bar and pay for this.

El personal fantástico. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. El desayuno muy bueno. La verdad es que no le puedo poner ni un "pero". Nuestra habitación un pelín justa en cuanto a espacio, ahora bien, entiendo que porque cogimos esa opción, imagino que habrá habitaciones con mas grandes con otras tarifas. Con todo y con ello, repito seguro. Merece la pena.

La chambre, le service, le petit déjeuner, le bar à vin et tapas, la chocolaterie et surtout les sourires. Tout bien.

Chambre très propre , petite mais optimisée !

Les installations et les services sont très bien mais je pense que c'est un hotel parfait pour l'hiver beaucoup moins pour l'été, il y a sans cesse du bruit la journée dû au monde et travaux dans le voisinage et les livraisons à l'aube très bruyantes. Le petit dejeuner est parfait mais la salle pas adaptée au monde.

Super hotel with top services and activities. Beautiful views, great big family room for 5. Top shower. And super breakfast. All in all top stay, we just stayed too short 😀

Séjour en famille . Calme et très confortable. Facilite de restaurant sur place. Activités diverses ( piscine/ping-pong/tennis/randonnée avec ou sans guide)

Avía un par de pega pero dentro de eso lo demás muy bien el personal un encanto, el spa precioso.

Excelente opción si decides quedarte en un hotel para esquiar en Baqueira. Está a pie de piedra y tiene transporte todo el tiempo. Tiene servicio de alquiler de esquís. Todo está buenísimo, el desayuno increíble Ely el servicio fue muy bueno

Excellent séjour, personnel particulièrement attentif et aimable. Chambre calme, vaste .Une gestion efficace malgré une assistance très nombreuse aux repas ! Repas en buffets toujours approvisionnés sans manque de choix sauf en desserts.

Encantada del hotel y del lugar Estuve un finde para aprovechar y disfrutar de esquiar ! El hotel está justo al lado de las pistas y en el centro de la estación El personal genial, y sobre todo Carlo mi amigo del transfer!!!! Muchas gracias por ese finde genial, volveré sin duda !!!!

Habitación muy limpia y nueva pero un poco pequeña para dos personas y estaba preparada para tres…🙈 Lo mejor del hotel el chofer de la furgoneta que nos acercaba a pistas un FENÓMENO…!!! Coincidimos con la llegada de los “Raiders” y bloquearon los salones para ellos sin avisarnos don los consiguientes perjuicios que nos cerraron al no tener donde poder juntarnos con otros compañeros que habíamos viajado…
