Have stayed multiple times however we thought that the service was suffering at the pool bar. Only one member of staff on until 1.45pm that is to late for the lunch service. People were waiting a long time for drinks and food. Staff always very helpful and friendly. Shortage of staff is letting the reputation of the apartments down. Will think seriously about returning.

Absolutely brilliant

Apartment was perfect, location also. Check in took quite a while. Not their fault as quite alot turner up at the same time amd unfortunately we was on the end of it. Only card around pool for people reading.

The apartments and the complex were as good as we could have hoped for. Location was perfect, pools were warm and plenty big enough. The room was cleaned every day. Walls were a bit thin as we could hear next doors kids shouting at 11pm coming back from a night out, but on the whole we would recommend these apartments.

We stay here every year for 14 nights and never had an issue. Our power went off,we went to reception to report and electrician more or less followed us back. Sorted. No problem.

Let me start by saying on the whole this place is a good hotel. Amenities, food, pool, location etc all good. It’s just been very hot indeed in Tenerife and it did not have proper air conditioning, instead had fans on the ceiling. Honestly I struggled to sleep. So as much as I did like the hotel generally it was sooo hot at night.

The receptionist that greeted us was amazing. The hotel was lovely very clean the staff was so friendly we would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely time with good food and good amenities. As we like walking there was plenty hiking to be done. Better knowledge about bus system would have been nice, maybe a folder in reception about the busses where and when. Very nice pool and area. Did have gluten-free options!

The Property is in an excellent location with friendly staff. Breakfast is decent but with no variation. The Property is clean, but we saw a dead cockroach on the ground and read about the same before arriving. Overall, the Property needs modernisation when water leaks all over the floor and the old toilet system, just like having time running in the toilet. All in all, it was a good stay.

Beautiful apartments in a great location. When you walk into the lobby area you are greeted by inviting wicker armchairs and a lovely fragrant aroma. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. My one bedroom apartment was facing the pool area up a few steps. The apartment itself could easily accommodate two people or a family with one child. It was kept spotlessly clean by the lovely cleaners who came in every day except for the day before I left. The pool was heated but not hot. Looks beautiful by day and lit up magically by night. I had the breakfast option which had everything you could want fresh fruit and bread cold meats and cheese and eggs made to your liking. The staff in the breakfast, dining area were also lovely. I would definitely come back again and have recommended to friends.

Very good localization good food but there was no special activities and there was nothing for children too .

Liked: quiet (no entertainment); large pool; relaxed atmosphere; professional and helpful staff. Could improve: a policy to prevent people putting towels on sunbeds to reserve them for the day (and then often not using them for much of the day).

Beautiful property, beautiful pool, prime location, but I killed 9 roaches in my room, three different types, over my four day stay. I slept on the balcony because I was too scared to be shut in with them. I went and got spray, but a couple weren't even phased by it. If you can get over this issue, it was a great property and the cleaning crew were very kind and swept up my little friends for me, one even killed one for me!

I spend quality time at Parque del Sol with my family, our daughters had such azing time at the pool, and us as well. Everything was clean and tidy, all rooms were checked and cleaned every day which I found extraordinary. All staff very friendly, plenty of space in the apartment. Al appliances you need, only we didn't use any, as we had half board and during lunch we tried other restaurants in Costa Adeje and Las Americas. Perfect weather, beautiful location, close to the beach. I have checked other hotels and Parque del Sol is above most of 4 stars hotels in Tenerife. Very pleased! I would recommend breakfast for everyone.

Un séjour en famille assez agréable dans l’ensemble dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant et a l’écoute. En revanche pas de climatisation des chambres donc nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes. Les hôtels avoisinants mettent la musique assez fort le soir et le matin des 7:30 nous avons eu le droit aux marteaux piqueurs et autres travaux des voisins. Nous avions un appartement équipé en vaisselle et casseroles mais pas d’éponge ni de liquide vaisselle. C’est dommage. L’hôtel est bien situé avec des commerces, des restaurants, et des plages à proximité.
