Great Place!

The studio was very clean inside bed was comfy . However the outside was not particularly clean full of dust etc . The building itself needs updating. Great if you have children as play ground opposite. I was a lady on my own and they put me in the end villa and I felt very vulnerable at night . Staff were lovely. I was just pleased I only stayed the one night . But it would be perfect for families. Also no cloths etc to clean pots .

The condition of the villa was poor. Refurb is required. A huge ants problem. The staff were poor in the restaurant. Slow and one breakfast was somehow missed and then we were under time pressure. Overall poor.

Good experience. Not luxurious in any way but Staff and facilities make up for lack of luxury.

Facilities were good. We played tennis, swam in the indoor and outdoor pool. Plenty of fitness classes available for extra charge. Staff very friendly and helpful. Accommodation a bit basic and a bit tired. We had 2 bedroom villa for 5 people. Beds were comfortable except for the pull out bed in lounge area. We had to rotate people for that as it was neither comfortable nor big enough for an adult. Really need a car for restaurants and bars at marina - which are excellent. Nearby Albufeira also much nicer than expected.

Our stay was really not a pleasant experience. Maybe better experience it would be if go in summertime. I have to warn people not to go on February or in wintertime because rooms are really cold. Rooms are very big and it is impossible to get them warm with so small heater like now there are in the rooms. Breakfast was okay although not many choices. Quite good gym also. Good service. At least the staff tried to do something with cold rooms although didn't succeed. Also ants in the room.

The villa was good for couple with 3 children but the kitchen has only basic things without dish wascher nor disch soap, and No grill. The breakfast is acceptable but not fancy with small plates where you have to make many trips or you have to carry many plates with you since there is no trays available. I found 2-bedroom apartment in 4 star Aparthotel around Albufiera with simlar cleanees in 5 story building but half price the Browns.

Browns is a nice place to stay if you want to be away from the Marina and a bit out of the way. It is a long walk to any restaurants, etc, but we knew that and it was worth it for being located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It was always quiet around the pool and the grounds. Breakfast was good - toast, cereals, muffins, cheese, meat and fruit. Couldn't ask for more really but they will upgrade to full English for a few euros if you want it. The only minus point was the maid service which is limited to bed making and towel changing. We thought we were going to run out of toilet rolls and shower gel as these don't get refilled. They also don't touch the kitchen area. This is a small point in the scheme of things but it could be improved upon. The reception staff are lovely and are more than happy to store bags for a late departure or help in any other way they can. Overall, highly recommended for a peaceful stay.

Late night arrival! Excellent breakfast. Unable to make best use of pool or tennis courts as en transit elsewhere. However on our list of places to return when next in the area. Apartment was spacious comfortable and well equipped for longer stay and bar restaurant both good quality and value for money!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long visit to the Algarve at Browns. Our 2 bedroom Villa was spacious, nicely decorated and had all the amenities usually found in nice hotels. We were delighted that the kitchen came fully equipped, there was absolutely no need for us to use the plastic utensils we had purchased on the way. Unless you only plan on staying poolside, enjoying the health-club/classes and outdoor sports facilities, and playing golf, we highly recommend that you rent a car for your visit. We enjoyed short day-trips each day (i.e. Lagos, Faro, Sagres and the nearby lighthouse, Olhao, etc.), and still had time to enjoy the many public beaches in the area (some secluded little coves, as well). A few evenings we spent strolling at Vilamoura's marina and enjoyed dinner at one of the many restaurants. The resort staff was friendly and attentive, and when a personal issue arose, they made every effort to accommodate us. We look forward to a repeat visit to Browns and the Algarve

Browns has all the amenities required for a short break with the added bonus of access to sports facilities. During our stay there was a football team staying, there but this did not impact on our holiday as the complex is well designed and the were separated from the other guests most of the time. Rooms were well decorated and very clean, although the bed quite firm for my liking. We were also given a continental breakfast which we did not expect.

Great spot. Wifi router in room. Perfect. BBC 1 and itv1. Breakfast terrible. Sausages and scrambled egg cold. Had it once never went back. U need swim hats for indoor pool. 3.50. 30 min walk to town centre. Or 8 euros in taxi. 32 to airport. Great spot. Book it. Def comin back. Rooms have everything u need

Ontbijt was heel uitgebreid. Villa was proper en ruim. Er zijn veel sport mogelijkheden. Genoeg parking
