Extremely helpful Arrived very late but open 24 hours Good breakfast

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful ☺️

It was just okay. The room was spacious, but parking was a problem. Staff were not well informed about the area or major local events(such as the El Vendrell Three Kings Day celebrations). They seemed more concerned with what was on their phones than what was going on with their customers.

Great breakfast! A little challenging for a parking.

No where to park. Beds where terrible. Soundproof terrible.

Hotel was very nice. Front desk was always helpful. The only downside for us was no Rideshare available (Uber or Lyft) which turned out to be very expensive using the taxi service.

Hotel was located in a dingy part of Vendrell. The receptionist who was on duty did not speak any English. He gave me a room key. When I entered the room none of the electrics worked. I tried to explain this to him. He came up to the room switched all of the switches and nothing happened. He went back to his reception. I then via my sister interpreting though phone communicated that electrics were not working. Eventually after 45 minutes I was given another room. The surrounding district was distinctly lacking places to get a meal. I had to travel five miles to find a restaurant.

Pas de parking, travaux dans la rue impossible de se garer. Odeur de tabac dans la chambre, vue de la terrasse sur les appartements miteux du quartier. Petit déjeuner avec des viennoiseries sous vide. Pas franchement extraordinaire pour un 4 étoiles.

Très difficile d'accès surtout en ce moment avec des travaux juste devant. Même en temps normal les rues du quartier sont étroites et les places rares. La chambre et la salle de bain était spacieuse et l'hôtel plutôt calme. Le personnel à l'accueil est aimable et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas d'une grande qualité mis il a le mérite d'exister.

Pondría alguna papelera en la parte de la habitación. Y el buffet no estaba mal, pero de un hotel de 4 estrellas, me esperaba que fuese un poco más completo. Pero para todo el trabajo que conteba un hotel, hemos salido muy satisfechos.

Hôtel situé dans un quartier tranquille. Rien a redire

Les chambres son propres, le personnel est à l'écoute.

Se esperaba más de un hotel que dice tener 4 estrellas. Desayuno con pocas opciones, falta de cubiertos y tazas. Poco personal para atender y limpiar mesas. Además la válvula del retrete estaba rota y salía agua sin cesar. Nos dieron un cubo para que nos apañáramos. Local feo y SIN estacionamiento. Tuvimos que aparcar lejos, en un descampado polvoriento.
