Excelente ubicación, opciones de comida cerca. Lo único que no me gustó fue que la regadera era de cristal y se podia ver desde la cama, no hay privacidad para tomar un baño o ir ak baño.

Very small rooms, bathroom had a almost see-through frosted glass, so cannot use bathroom with others present in the room, some things were not working (locker doors/locks). Staff is very sweet and helpful, but they cannot change the see-through bathrooms!

The front staff was nice and welcoming. The problem was the room. It was extremely small-and I’ve stayed at other European hotels that are also small and/or boutique hotels. The shower was so small and water would pour into the toilet area. Amenities were limited as well. The walls were paper thin, you could hear other rooms bathing or going to restroom, making sleep difficult.

The room had a terrible sewage odor. They changed the room but it did not make a difference. Hotel is s dump.

Room was clean and good condition. I would suggest add more ilumination in room. Hotel location is very good.

The staff was very helpful, we had an issue with the AC in our room and they accommodated us by switching rooms, gave us a late check out and free breakfast. Great location!

Staff was so nice and helpful. Nice little lobby with a coffee shop and small restaurant. Rooms were quiet. Convenient to metro too
