The room was advertised as a 4 person room. To me that means there will be 2 double beds. The room we were given had 2 single beds and a pullout couch. Not what I expected and I was sure that was not what the pictures showed when booking.

Felt extremely unsafe

The location is good but I don’t like the area around the hothel.The staff is pretty nice very friendly and helpful,the only problem the breakfast is expensive and poor.

Great quality/price ratio. Place is comfortable, location is near many attractions, metro station and buses are very close.

This is very good hotel considering the price I paid vs other hotels. It’s clean and staff available 24h and helpful. You have to pay for Breakfast if you want to eat there. It’s very simple one so don’t expect much there except egg, cereal or oatmeals one or two kinds of cheese. Coffee and few different juices. Also few pastries. Most like about it is how close to all attraction and city center for the tourist. It’s 2 minutes walking from metro, tram and bus pickups. You just need to ask which line to take to go where you want.

Room was stuffy, air conditioning didnt seem to work.

It was an excellent location with free parking....however my souvenirs came up missing from my room.

The triple room we requested was awful. We ended up on a room with two twin beds because it was brighter and cleaner. My main complaint was the towels. They should change them! All of them! Old rags that stop being white long ago. Please someone tell the adm that they need to buy towels!! I have pictures to make my point.

Normal hotel for an3 star hotel. On arrival it was a group of tourists and only one staff member at the reception.

Our experience: Bad. The problem - the air conditioner in our room didn't work and there was no operable window. It was very hot and stuffy in the room. If we came in earlier we would have left rather than stay in the hotel. We stayed for our 1 reserved night. Upon leaving we asked that the room be discounted for not having air conditioning which was supposed to be included in our room. Its been over a week and we have not yet heard back from the hotel. Hotel staff was okay, common spaces were okay, buffet breakfast was good.

El entorno está lleno de homeless, huele a orines en todas las calles cercanas y el estacionamiento muy mal trazado,mucha dificultad para mover el auto al entrar y al salir

Hotel est bien situé pour visiter la ville . Proche d'une ligne de metro . Parking sécurisé au sous sol gratuit .

En general todo bien, esta bien ubicado, solo que sus alrededores no lucian muy seguros.

Me desapareció de la habitación colgada en el armario ,una faja de moto ,no dije nada por que pensaba la había guardado ,pero no se la llevaron
