The hotel was perfectly located. Amazing staff and the decor was spectacular.

The hotel and room in general was impecable. A truly pleasure stay.

I cannot express my gratitude to this hotel and their staff. Especially the manager. We arrived the day of the blackout and even they had no electricity they managed to have a plan to let us check in. They went above and beyond. Breakfast amazing!!! You will not go wrong staying here. Very walkable.

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful town. We stayed in three other "nice" hotels on our Portugal trip, and this one was so much better than the rest. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and made you feel like a "Guest" not just a number. Clean and beautifully decorated with everything prepared to a very high level. Lovely bar with piano player every night. We can't wait to stay there again!

Nice place overall!!

Loved our large room and well-appointed fixtures. A huge breakfast buffet with something for everyone. The location is hard to beat if you travel by foot or cab ... I suspect car parking might be a challenge . The only complaint we have is the lack of light in the rooms ... no task light by the desk or reading chair, and very low wattage bulbs throughout.

Is well located in Aveiro and staff is very nice and friendly. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Will come back with no doubt.

Centrally located wonderful little property with excellent customer service. We stayed in a room with a double bed which is more like a Canadian queen, and we had a wonderful view. Breakfast and dinning area was very nice.

This hotel was ultra convenient toshopping restaurants and the gondola boats. The breakfast is fabulous the only negative is the bed was too hardand the shower was dangerously slippery
