The staff were amazing and very attentive. Went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room was great, bed was comfy and the bathroom was nicely renovated. Great location with lots of great restaurants nearby.

The hotel is clean and the location is amazing! Right in the middle of the attractions. That alone was well worth it! The service at the reception is very good and is 24 hrs. The basic room is very small. If you are over 175 lbs it will be hard for you to fit in the shower so pick a bigger room. Overall for the price the hotel is great!

Great little hotel in the heart of Venice! Super close to St. Mark’s Square, friendly staff, and cozy rooms. Perfect for a couple of nights exploring the city.

Perfect location 1 bridge away from San Marco and 5min walk to Rialto. Friendly attentive staff speak many languages. Nice quaint and quiet rooms with a/c and all the commodities. Free bottles of water and a few complimentary nibbles in the room. A maze of rooms is a reflection of city!

Very friendly staff

My second stay here, I will stay here on each visit to Venice. Amazing location, very short walk to San Marco and not much further to the water taxi for the airport. Vito is an excellent member of staff but all are equally wonderful, friendly, helpful. Delicious treats and amazing toiletries in rooms on arrival, including toothbrush and shaving kit! Love this place!

Don't let the exterior fool you. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. They are small, but it is Venice. Walking distance to most attractions, and the STAFF is absolutely AMAZING! The location was quiet at night, and beds and bedding was great. Thank you Vito, and team for making our Venice trip so memorable. One thing to note...no elevator, but staff moved our luggage for us.

Really great stay. 24hr reception and everything was walkable distance. The building is quite aged, but the bathroom was renovated. There is no elevator and quite a lot of steps to get to our room. However, the staff were really friendly and helped us with our luggage up and down the stairs.

Great stay. Vito made our stay unforgettable and went above and beyond. Would definitely return when in Venice.

Excellent service. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Old building. Room was clean and nicely decorated. It is a small hotel within very short walking distance to the square and many restaurant. Will stay here again next time.

Fridge in the room did not work. Staff let us keep stuff in their fridge but this was not the most convenient.

What a little gem. Small hotel with wonderful staff near everything. Vitto gave wonderful suggestions for a less touristy way to enjoy his city, which is exactly what I wanted. Comfortable bed and very good AC in the cute little room I had booked. Very quiet despite being so close to St Mark’s. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Friendly and helpful staff. My plane was delayed and arrived very late. Staff waited for me to check in. Room was small but very beautiful, comfortable, clean, with welcome treats. Very comfortable bed and good clean shower.
