Good location. Rooms were a good size and clean. Beds were comfortable but pillows were dire and should be renewed. Good breakfast with friendly staff and nice location on the upper floor. In general, reception staff came across as aloof and unfriendly.

Small hotel just minutes walking from anywhere you want to go in Viseu. Has off street parking and offers a reasonable breakfast spread. Rooms are comfortable enough for a night. Staff all friendly and helpful.

The staff was so very welcoming and nice. They were patient with us as we are learning Portuguese but out native language is English. They help us. The room was nice and worked for a quick overnight stay to see the fireworks last night.

We loved everything about Viseu - a charming town, very green, clean, quiet. Same is valid about the hotel - Comfortable room, good breakfast. Recommended.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and pleasant. The room was adequate for our needs and very clean. Breakfast was sufficient, but nothing to look forward to.

A nice stay close to city center. Clean and spacious hotel room with heating at a convenient location. The staff were friendly. Nice breakfast was served on the fourth floor with nice view. It would be an improvement if a kettle can be provided in the room for hot water.

The drain stinks, very irritating during the night. You need to wait a couple of minutes for the hot water in the shower to heat up! And the most interesting part was the breakfast: they were serving a couple of empty dishes and plates on the buffet table. Speaking English at this property will be a hassle, too. In short: If I were you, this wasn't my choice at all. You know yourself!

Quarto ok, mas não bem localizado. Primeiro andar com vista para o pátio e fundos de outros apartamentos. Não gostei. Achei muito desprotegido. A varanda é quase que compartilhada...

O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções inclusive com frutas descascadas e cortadas.

Hotel bien situé, proche du centre , en se déplace a pieds. Bon petit déjeuné copieux.Personnel sympathique et acceuillant Le parking est un peu petit et la chambre mériterait une petite remise a niveau au niveau de la fenêtre ou on voit que le bois a eu des infiltrations d'eau
