Our stay at the Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga was absolutely outstanding and made our anniversary truly special. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were the best we have experienced, always professional, warm, and attentive. A special mention to the Lady in Red, who was incredibly professional and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. We were also touched by the lovely anniversary surprise waiting for us in our room. The hotel is centrally located, making it ideal for exploring the city. Many excellent restaurants and shops are just a short walk away, which added great convenience to our stay. The highlight for us was undoubtedly the spa. It is a truly relaxing and beautifully designed space. From the quiet room, to the sauna, to the steam room and the indoor pool, every area was designed for comfort and tranquility. It was an experience in itself and the perfect way to unwind. The Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga is without question the best place to stay. We highly recommend it and would gladly return.

There wasn’t a single problem and everything was better than expected. Breakfast was top quality. Staff helpful in all areas. There’s good and then there is this a level above and all for the good price. Oh and the pillows on the bed, just what I like, the sink into type😊.

I was upgraded to an Opera view room which was really very nice. Clean and smart hotel, really enjoyed having use of the complimentary spa facilities each day. Staff were all incredibly helpful.

The hotel is very nice, especially spa and pool area. The rooms are comfortable and a good size, very clean and very well taking care off as the whole hotel. The stuff is very friendly, warm, helpful, and accommodating. Cannot comment on the breakfast and restaurants as we did not use them. Overall will happily recommend it to other travelers.

I’ve stayed here twice now and both were great experiences. It’s the best hotel in Riga, for sure.

Rooms were large, well appointed, and with great black-out curtains. But the best part was the spa - I've never been to a nicer hotel spa. Two dry saunas, one steam room, cold plunge, pool, hot tub...All first class. Really a great place.

1st class hotel, prob nicest in Latvia. Highly recommended!

This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at. I was immediately greeted and offered a libation, checked in and taken to my room. All the hallways and lobby areas are large and spacious. My room was shielded from noise outside and inside. The food and food service was excellent. The twenty four hour room service was great. I had a fantastic club sandwich among other items.

Could not fault this hotel. Came for a 3- night stay with my husband as we had never been to Riga before. This hotel made our trip. It is perfectly located, in walking distance to everything, clean and warm. The spa is outstanding - the pool is heated to around 31 degrees which is lovely. The sauna, gym, steam room etc sew so immaculate (look new) and largely empty. Rooms are spacious and really well equipped - no niggles (enough coathangers, plugs and mirrors in the right places, tea and coffee etc, usb ports - all well thought out). Service was also impeccable and the breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. Would not even consider staying anywhere else when visiting Riga. The staff are exceptional and make you feel very special. We used most of the facilities and all were as you would expect from a high end hotel. Simply brilliant all round.
