Need deep cleaning

Very hot with no aircon in April so noisy at 6am outside. Very small bathroom. The room was a good size and the breakfast tart was delicious.

The hotel was very traditional and in a fantastic location, about 20 minute walk to the square and very close to lots of great reasonably priced bars and restaurants. At the hotel We were always greeted very warmly by staff, particularly Mustafa! Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but enough, with pastries, toast, fruit salad, eggs, hot and cold drinks etc

The room was very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. Overall a great experience.

Hotel was just okay. The staff was nice enough, but left a lot to be desired. The location is fairly far from the train station. Google Maps will tell you to get off the ferry boat early, then walk for 30 minutes. Instead, board at the Ferrovia stop, and take it to Giardini. Then it’s a 5 minute walk to the hotel through the park. The hotel itself was decent and clean. The lobby smelled a little funky, like sewage, or someone was hotboxing it with farts. It smelled different with different staff. We had two twin beds which were weirdly close together, and smaller than twin beds in the United States. Around 7am, people would be outside moving carts and making a lot of noise, so be aware. The real downer was breakfast. It was terrible. The scrambled eggs were likely powdered, definitely not fresh. The assortment of meats, breads, and cheeses were all cold and the toaster was broken. There are several decent cafes nearby that had better options.

Lovely room. The staff were very lovely and accommodating. The first member of staff gave us an excellent recommendation just down the road from the hotel and it was beautiful food for our first meal in Venice. We would stay again x

Staff was very friends, speaks good English, rooms were clean, great stay!

I contacted the hotel the night before arriving for transportation from airport and Mustafa at the front desk was great to give us directions :) We had an issue with the lock and the key broke One guy at the front desk was annoyed by it however someone else assisted with replacing key the fallowing morning Not ideal room next to dining area where breakfast is served every morning and you can hear everything The bathroom had drainage odor and we cover drains with towels to keep smell from coming out not successfully :(

Fantastic trip with Great location. Very walkable to great scenic locations. Easy access to water taxi and water bus to get to historical sites and locations.

The breakfast was excellent and very friendly service! Rooms were clean, very friendly staff, location excellent!

We liked the traditional Venetian style of this hotel.The staff were exceptional in the way they treated & informed us of local transport & dinning options. We loved the central location.

Perfect! Our first visit to Venice and the perfect boutique hotel! Absolutely charming and the staff were over and beyond, even recommending local restaurants. Great breakfast and location! Would recommend to everyone!

Rooms are somewhat small but very clean and very attractive. Hotel was somewhat difficult to find at first but is near markets, gardens and quality restaurants. The staff was always courteous and helpful - a night clerk named Mustafa helped us immensely with early morning transportation - we remain very grateful for his assistance.

Great location just a 15 minute walk from St Marks Square, Bridge of Sighs and the Rialto Bridge, we had a fantastic 5 day visit so we were able to visit everything we wanted to see. For breakfast there is a lovely continental breakfast buffet. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend this hotel
