Elegant and calm environment. Very attractive and well kept hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

I really loved this hotel. It had such style and service. My stay there was relaxing and pleasant and I had everything I could possibly need.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little outdated, nice still comfortable. Pool area is nice and clean as well.

It is a nice hotel but if your room is on the first floor it is VERY LOUD from the rooms above you. I had to complain 2 times about it being so loud in my room that I am being woken up from sleep and the staff did not offer me to move to a different room. It was not a relaxing stay at all and I would never stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful hotel dinner was great and the staff was helpful. Room was quiet and massage was wonderful.

Very noisy! We had room 102 and I think it was either above or below the kitchen, as it was noisy till late at night and then the noise started up again at 3:00am. Very disappointing and not very relaxing

I could not get any ice, gave me 2 plastic cups. I guess you get what you pay for. Rooms were noisy, breakfast was terrible.

Struttura molto pulita e con personale gentilissimo. Non abbiamo fatto uso di piscina e spa in quanto eravamo sempre in giro. Ristorante ottimo.

Hotel für Leistungen sehr überteuert, Zimmer klein, nichts besonderes-Balkon ist in Wirklichkeit nur Französisches Fenster. Im Zimmer fanden wir einen Salamander. Mussten aus familiären Gründen früher abreisen. Das Hotel war 0 Kulant-mussten vollen Preis von über 1000€ zahlen, obwohl wir nur 1 von 4 Nächte bleiben konnten. Ein bisschen mehr Kulanz wäre sehr nett, anstatt hier mit lächelnden Gesicht den vollen Preis zu verrechnen. Leider Insgesamt sehr unzufrieden.

The hotel was fairly easy to find, located just off the main road in from Tortoli and smack bang in the middle of the town. I have to say all the staff were amazingly friendly from the moment we ambled into the reception. The rooms are quite large and the on we were given had a !massive! bed. The on-site restaurant, although a little pricey, delivers great food and great service so you won't leave disappointed. The Spritzes mixed at the on-pool bar are a dream as well as dangerously relaxing, to the point you won't want to leave your lounger.

We only stayed one night at this hotel but were really pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the this beautiful hotel. The pictures on Expedia by no means do it justice. The grounds and pool area are immaculate, the staff are very courteous and the restaurant serves excellent food.

Just what we were looking for. Friendly and not fussy, clean and comfortable

Hotel is in a lovely location. After finding our room had a constant hum sound, we realised a door from a downstairs room had been left open, so when the door was closed the problem was resolved. As we were going on the green train, we had a very early breakfast, lots of choice, and a wonderful view.

The hotel was partially closed due to it being out of season but the staff could not do enough to help, very friendly and I would recommend to others
