Great stay only down side was the hours p6 was open and one day they were closed for a private event

The staff was really nice. The room was nice and clean. The hall smelled like mold.

I guess I just had a little bit higher expectations for a hotel in that price range. It kind of gave the vibes of a hotel that used to be really old and they tried to put some nice touches on it. Like the bathroom for instance. First the knob for the shower kept sliding down so it would get really hot. The ceiling in there looked like something happened to it and someone did a really poor plaster job putting it back up. The room itself wasnt bad. Very basic, but had cute touches. The closet had 2 very tiny cabinets to put clothes in if you were going to do that that were kind of run down looking. A dresser style cabinet under the TV would look nice. I dont know, just very underwhelmed for the price. the downstairs is really nice though.

They lost my 2 Amazon packages and were super rude about it after several attempts of me trying to locate them.

Room was ok, clean, but run down, stains on carpets, could use some upgrades

The service was excellent & the valet was outstanding. The beds were comfortable but the hotel definitely geared for the much younger generation. All the lighting was so dim everywhere it was like walking around wearing sunglasses. The bathroom was also very dim & very little space to put toiletries or hang towels.
