Great price!

The stay was great. Breakfast was nice. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

This is not a resort, basically a motel. Don’t fall for the pics. Was hot all night in our room as the hallways were not air conditioned and open to outside as well. The bed had not box spring and was on top of a piece of plywood basically. Super noisy and uncomfortable. Staff was nice but not knowledgeable as to the quality of the rest of the hotel when I asked, I was told “oh they don’t really let us leave the front desk area so I’m not sure what it’s like”. No one answered the phone all day - called multiple times. Very disappointed.

The property was very clean. Checking in was quick. They said once they check the room after checking out and all rules were followed, security deposit of $100 would be refunded. I did not expect my security deposit to be refunded the very next day after checking out. It was refunded day after leaving hotel. Hotel room was very spacious. The light on the bathroom mirror was an added bonus. Choosing them was the right decision.

The place was clean…the staff went above and beyond- so nice! Close to everything - LOVED the pool and grounds- you should really advertise that more!

The bathroom was a litte bit dirty

First of all, getting into the property took quite a while. I just spent a good 10 minutes getting in. Upon arrival, the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. However, the most important information they had was everything they were going to charge extra. Upon arrival, the room was in a bad state. The air conditioning was making a terrible noise, there was mold all over the bathroom, and to top it off, there were roaches on the walls and I got another one in one of the beds. It's unacceptable. I'm giving it a second star just because the front desk lady was very helpful. I will never return to that hotel.

Was very nice comparing to a lot hotels I’ve been to. Had the end room on the second floor in the back of the hotel. Bed was broken and it took about 20-30 minutes for the water to get hot. No pedestrian access for people that walk was kinda annoying.

Pricing and location was perfect. Breakfast was good. Room was a bit smelly, bed super comfy. No hot water first cpl of days. No cleaning done in 5 days. Had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and to remove trash. Thought it was done every 3 days. Smoking and fully gated property. These 2 items should be communicated clearly on all booking sites as we weren’t aware and found very inconvenient. Would have liked to walk from Hotel vs taking the car out each time. Also a small designated smoking corner in my opinion would be beneficial for those smokers. Very inconvenient to leave property totally every time. Totally understand not on balcony or by entrance or in common areas but end of parking lot or by gate would be more convenient. Would recommend to others but wouldn’t stay again ourselves due to gated property and smoking rules.
