Clean and beautiful decor, seems like newly renovated. Got free 4 can drink. In good location to everything. The only con is the access to the parking is a bit tedious if you need to bring your luggage as well.

When I tried to check in, the front desk lady spoke so quickly I couldn't understand her, and I almost ended up paying twice for the room. (I managed to avoid this by showing her a voucher with a "paid" stamp on it and explaining the situation.) The front desk staff also seemed to be struggling to understand my English. I asked the woman next to me for advice, but she also looked down on me for not being able to converse fluently in English. It was so unpleasant and painful. The room was spotlessly clean, but there was no shampoo or body soap. I had to make do with the small hand soap. However, the walls were thin, and I could clearly hear the drainage from the next room, which prevented me from sleeping. When I checked out, the man at the front desk spoke English slowly, so I was able to communicate, which was a relief. I wish I had stayed at the Sheraton after all.

The rooms are spacious & clean both in the rooms, corridors and front office. All the Waiters are very friendly & helpful. The location is very strategic near the water front city, you can go for a walk in the morning, China Town has lots of delicious food. 💖👍⭐.

Very nice hotel. Clean, cold AC, varied breakfast, very friendly and fast service, close to the city center / Chinatown and of course very close to the seafood center at Topspot. Highly recommended for those who have never stayed in Kuching.

This hotel is perfect for family holidays or even with friends, the location is quite strategic close to the kuching city icon "cat statue" which is right in front of the hotel, and the location for shopping or culinary spots, and most importantly near the waterfront area where the entertainment center to see the beauty of the river and colorful bridges at night and also the attraction of dancing fountains. Even though the interior is like an old one, but it is quite comfortable and not too scary. Friendly receptionist, although it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to check to get the room key. The room is very spacious, with a bathroom with a bathtub, a mini fridge, ironing equipment and other amenities. But unfortunately there are no sandals and also a toothbrush that should be one of the standard equipment at the hotel. I got 1 room with a view towards the cat statue. The swimming pool is quite wide, with a view of the waterfront. For breakfast I did not try it, because it was only just a room not with breakfast. Overall recomemded to stay here again, because the location is very strategic.

The location of the hotel is close to waterfront city, the size of the room is spacious and clean, the type of mattress is not hard sleeping, the breakfast is varied and according to taste.

The initial entry into this hotel with a borneo theme made a good impression and a very friendly Bellboy officer. However, the lack of friendliness of the officers at the Front Office made me a little disappointed and did not explain in detail what the facilities of this hotel are. The footsteps to the comfortable bedroom with a beautiful view are a bit of a relief to my travel agenda this time in Kuching with a view from the 15th floor making me not want to forget every second of that beautiful moment. At 22:17 I made an order for 2 empty wine glasses and an ice stone which I ordered by phone in the room, until I checked out it was not delivered. Breakfast is quite good for this hotel and the variety of food choices makes me feel at home for long. Have a Good Day
