Great location, very friendly and smiling staff, beautiful ambiance like resort-type surroundings. Very good value for money. Everything about the hotel is good.

Spring bed is no longer suitable for use. The AC is not cold at all.

(+) The place is really comfortable, it just so happens that you can get a room downstairs, it's really nice, you don't have to go up and down. Really recommend, when you enter the room, the air conditioner is cool, the sheets don't smell, the towels smell good, the hotel staff is clean, friendly, they want to take you to the room. (-) There is no toilet spray. I already said I wanted a single bad, instead I was given a twin because it wasn't available

The inconsistency of the staff. In my first 3 nights stay, the staff told me the extra bed for 3 person in 2-person bedroom is a must so I paid the extra bed. But my friend who stayed in the same hotel with 4 person in 2-person bedroom told me that they didn't have to paid extra beds which it angers me, cause even without the extra bed the double bed was enough for 3 person. Kind of disappointed that the staff on the hotel is not oriented in customers satisfaction but rather in the hotel profit. They charge everything in here, even when I'm asking them to microwave my food (when I stayed in other hotel with higher star and almost similar price, they didn't charge additional fees for something like that). Kind of dissapointed with the services.

Indo people, if you stay here, it's rather difficult. The clean must be American style. There is no washer or jet shower. Just given a tissue.

Very very cool hotel, yesterday stayed one night. It's okay, but the atmosphere is very calm, it's in the center of Kuta, anywhere is close, the room is clean, the air conditioner is cold, the bathroom is clean, the hot water is also on, the plus point here is the friendliness of the staff. Kamar di lantai 4 tanpa lift. Lumayan gempor kaki. Apalagi pas check out angkat-angkat koper sendiri. Mau pinjam alat pisau dan piring buat makan buah disuruh ambil sendiri ke bawah. Sekalinya ke sana yang dikasih cuma piring. Alasannya pisaunya cuma 1.

Near Legian street, breakfast ok but not much you can choose. Room & bed a bit old really need upgrade. Amazingly quite place in Legian Street. Overall ok for budget hotel.

I am disappointed with the breakfast is very minimal if compared with hotels in its class, the bathroom does not use water facilities to clean if you have defecated.

When staying yesterday, there was a room on the 4th floor and there was no elevator, so I had to go to the stairs from the 1st floor. How to take the little one again, sorry for the fussy room.

The hotel is clean, but minus the facilities (closet shower guns there so can not clean2 if the pup is pissed or urinate, shower only for bathing.We should have water faucet for wudhu (for Muslims) not equipped with electric kettle, guns no tea / coffee facilities .
