The room was okay, no complaints. It's just located in a rather remote tower, so it's a bit of a workout to get back to the room 😆 but it's not a big issue though... The staff are very helpful and nice.

There’s no AC in the room. Very unpleasant room temperature. We have to open the window to get fresh air.

The kids were very excited and felt unique going up and down the elevator to get to the hotel and coincidentally we got a perfect view, we could see the sunset at that time and the bathroom was also clean, very impressive.

The room was comfortable, but when I checked in I had trouble because the booking wasn't there, but after looking for it, it turned out there was.

Great hotel.. In front of Genting SkyWorld. Can easily access from Genting main attraction.
