Due to food hygiene protocols, our restaurant team is unable to assist with reheating food prepared outside the hotel. However, guests who require the use of a microwave may approach our Housekeeping team for assistance. With regard to your feedback on the provision of bottled water, we would like to share that, as part of the hotel’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and our Go Green journey, we no longer provide single-use plastic bottled water in our guest rooms. Instead, guests may use the smart filtered water dispenser available in the room, which provides safe drinking water through a nano-filtration system. Thank you for being our guest.
