A very nice boutique hotel in heart of Florence

The location was great, the room was comfortable and a good size, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the facility was very clean! Also, the shower was amazing! We’d definitely stay here again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its fantastic location—just a short walk to major attractions, making exploring the city effortless. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with excellent amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend for both convenience and comfort.

My family and I were so impressed with this hotel and the staff. It's a great, clean and well kept property in a wonderful location. It's a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and it is a great location for food, shopping and sightseeing. We had a suite which was spacious and clean. The hotel staff is what really makes this hotel special. Everyone who works there is so friendly, helpful and attentive to all of their guests. For example, Angela was extremely helpful and offered guests ideas on what to see in other cities. I could say something about all of the front desk staff and bellmen, but I don't have their names. Seriously, they are the best hotel staff!! I 100% recommend this hotel and My family and I would stay here again. We are picky about where we stay and we all loved it.

This hotel is very nice and modern. We enjoyed the stay. The only problem is the size of the room which is very tight , specially the bathroom.

Perfect location but most rooms have an interior view and they are dark. Nice restaurants literally steps from the front door. Great breakfast. NINA and the other employees were wonderful Except for Maurizio the nighttime employee. He was Rude and cared more about watching tv than he did about helping us.

Well exceeded our expectations for the $$ and other European size rooms we had experienced. This hotel is luxury! The bathroom (shower) was amazing!!!

Great location! We could walk everywhere! Easy walk from train station but roads aren’t best on luggage wheels. All the staff were friendly and helpful! Wish there was access to an iron. Too expensive to pay them to do it. Breakfast was great! Rooms were outdated but the location outweighed that. One of our friends had a basic room and was not happy with it. We had a suite and another friend had a room with a view. We were both happy with ours. Definitely would stay there again but not in a basic room.

Older property, rooms are dark with not much sunlight but its a great location. Walked from train station to hotel, and all the historic areas.
