The room I stayed in needs updating. Overall it's good for short stay

This hotel is good value, comfortable and clean in a nice residential neighbourhood close to the centre. The staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

It is in a perfect position to visit the city center just walking. The staff is kind and friendly, the room is comfy and spacious, has extra blankets, minifridge and a kettle with cupsnfor tea. Maybe they could upgrade the bathroom,but since it's an old building i think our bathrooms were good.

Reasonably central location once I got my bearings. Walkable to Grand Place and other tourist attractions.

The hotel is in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the Grand Place, and served our purpose well for 2 nights. The decor and facilities are a bit tired, but the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable enough. We had booked a "Double Room" which offers "a double or two twin beds" according to Hotels.com - the hotel, however, responded to our request for two twin beds saying that this would cost extra, despite me pointing out the description on this website. We ended up paying the 5 euros a night extra in person, just to avoid hassle. Other improvements would be if tea and coffee was provided in the room (along with the kettle), and the shower head needs to be rid of limescale which blocked most of the water coming out. Other than that, a good value (cheap) hotel in a good location.

I highly recommend this hotel the owners are really genuinly nice people,welcoming and helpful.they are improving the facilities from the previous owners so disregard earlier reviews..the location is excellent within easy walking distance to the main square and metro to gare du midi just two stops. The room was spacious and tidy and quiet..if you want a reasonably priced 3star hotel with the personal touch this would be hard to beat..i will stay here again.👍

Bedbugs in the mattress. Unwilling to clean. Place is for prostitution.

Location is the only OKAY thing (it's not super central, but it does the job). Here are the reasons why I think this should be a 1 or 2-star hotel (and not 3): - Room was EXTREMELY smelly (I think the plumbing is directly hooked to the sewer), no amount of air freshener helped. - The bedside table was dirty / dusty. - The towels were old and smelly too. - On my second night, I returned from touring and when I was about to use the toilet, I found a live earthworm swimming in the commode. :-( - Non-smoking hotel, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes in my hallway. - The internet worked less than 10% of the time I was there.

They don’t have a room and also don’t suggest any other options like booking other hotel.

The hotel had lost my booking we didn’t get the room we.booked the staff were unhelpful the toilet seat was broken as was the shower and the window and the bathroom was so small my knees hit the wall when I sat on the toilet. And the safety sign in the lift had been altered with a pen

Good hotel 10 minutes from Borse walking.Rooms newly renovated.

The person at the counter wanted to charge me more than what was stated on hotels.com. She could not really understand English. The room smelled of cigarettes even with the window open. Quite a walk to get to grand place.
