The hotel staff was unfriendly. The access card was problematic; I'd exchanged it several times, but it was still the same. The floor in front of the room was always wet. The Wi-Fi was slow.

Overall it's great, I've been here 3 times.

This hotel is indeed a bit far from Hong Kong city, but for those who will have an early flight. This is a hotel that is quite close to the airport, with a fairly affordable budget. Complete and clean facilities.

the hotel is very noisy. in some corners there are many rotten woods.

The room soundproof is really bad. Also in the room I feel really cold.

The room is to small. And the soundproof is bad. To many outside noise when I try to sleep.

It's more of an apartment than a hotel. The room does accommodate 3 people, but very very small. Also the room has no Wifi. Since we only use this only as a transit for one night, it's ok. But if it's a longer stay I would choose a different hotel.

Well as far as the room is concerned I have nothing to comment. It's just a small hotel room with good hot and cold water. TV nothing to watch (only4or5channels) with big glass window. But I was disappointed or even shocked that the breakfast is simply a brewed coffee and a piece of bread to be eaten standing up not even sitting down. I mean they could have mentioned that so customers won't opt for pay extra to have breakfast and go to eat somewhere else instead. Anyways rather than that everything is fine. Not forgetting that WiFi is only in the lobby not in the rooms. Thank god my 4G roaming was working perfectly. Overall and looking at the prices in HK. I would say Rambler Garden is a good place to stay.

Staff was nice. Especially housekeeping.

First room I got has a lot of bugs everywhere so I ask to change to another one and You got what you paid. do not expect much just for sleep at night is okay and the view from the room is so good. House Keeping was so nice. But the receptionist was so bad

First, the room view is very good. Day and night, instead of traveling Next is the comfortable bedroom, good air conditioner, housekeeper, daily housekeeping, cafe, restaurant, 7/11, supermarket, selling products, selling drugs, watson is the only one. Don't be afraid. But in the end, he had to continue to ride the car MTR again because he would not be able to walk for a long time, but he would have a shuttle bus as scheduled. But the confirmation is that the school is worth it and the price paid is considered very cheap for this beautiful view.

The service of the hotel is satisfying, especially at check-in, not complicated.

I stay 4 nights and every day the hotel does not provide any in-room drinking water. The first day of the hotel's water check-in is in the room. Next we have to ask for the lobby. Even a disrespectful attitude when the officers dumped drinking water. The water in the box was kicked in and directed to take it myself. Outrageous and disrespectful to the hotel. My whole family was disappointed with the dilapidated hotel service.

I like the sea view it's fantastic.

I can say that our stay is good. :) Front desk staffs were accommodating but the housekeeping staffs were not that nice though they gave us an extra blanket when we requested for it. We arrived at the hotel too early so we just left our baggage in the front desk because it's allowed and returned later in the afternoon. We just stayed at night and took a bath every morning for 4 days/3 nights stay because we are out most of the times for our tours and activities. :) They also have their shuttle services going to airport, disneyland, etc but with corresponding cost/price (not for free). But if you want to pay less, there are shuttle/bus stops from there to Tsing Yi MTR Station (BUS 88F8) still accessible. :)There's a 7-11 at lower basement and so many shops to choose from and that's great. So far, I recommend Rambler Garden for the smooth check in and check out transactions and stay. And for Traveloka, kuddos! :)

Rooms are dirty. Dust all over the place.

The Hotel is not too convenient for those whom have no transportation, although there is shuttle bus provided. Everytime needed to go out will need to take Taxi, nonetheless the hotel reception wouldn't be helping to call the taxi for the client. Besides, the room will not have any wifi access, only available in the lobby.
