I can't find anything to complain about with Bali Garden Hotel in Kuta. It was a pleasant experience.

Hotel yang sangat menyenangkan, fasilitas lengkap, bersih, dan staffnya sangat ramah. Akan tetapi AC kamar kurang dingin.

Good place, ok service. And behind it, the beach is swimming while enjoying the view of the beach. I really like it.

A pretty good and confirm hotel, the lighting in the lobby area needs to be improved because it's too dark so there was a bit of a creepy impression when we checked-in at night. But what needs to be improved the most is the absence of a toilet washer/shower. Indeed, there is toilet paper, but this is Indonesia boss. As long as we stay at any hotel there is always a toilet shower, it's strange that there is no toilet washer for a 4 star hotel class. We stayed in room 201.

No jet flush for closet. Hot water is not fully available. Bell boy is not available upon arrival. No hotel sandals. No thooth brush in bathroom. Dusty blanket.

There is no flush toilet seat. Not friendly to Indonesians. Silence and horror.

An old building, with the condition of Kuta being completely dead, the atmosphere is very quiet, the place is very scary, the lights are dim and even the parking lot has no lights, everything is yellow and very dim. I really don't recommend it. I checked in at night, in the morning at 6 I checked out because I was scared. Had to walk to the beach through the back of the hotel, the area was dirty and the lush plants were not maintained.

Nginap di sini 3 malam karena promo. Hotelnya lumayan bagus, walaupun dri luarnya udah kelihatan tidak kerawat makan karena efek ppkm yh. Tapi servicenya ok. Pesannya kamar yang biasa tapi di up ke suite tanpa biaya tambahan. Dapet kamar super luas, ada meja jadi saat wfh ok banget kamarnya, wifi juga kencang. Hanya saja ad tamu rese banget jadi saat tengah malam dan subuh gedor-gedor pintu membuat keganggu yang katanya salah kamar 😰 makan karena efek ppkm jadi pelayan hotel berkurang jadi gak kekontrol tamunya. Overall masih ok lah.

Disappointing. A hotel of this class, which was once victorious in its time, did not take advantage of this moment to get to the new normal to improve itself. From the start of checking in there were no good staff, concierge, bell boy, security until the FO. I have to call and even look for staff to check in. Then when you get to the room, the hot water doesn't work, aka dead, no amenities! And the water is not well distilled, the taste of the sea water is very pronounced. The swimming pool is dirty, and none of the facilities are ready. If you are not ready to receive guests, why should the room be open? The title isn't worth it for a 4-star class, but it's like a budget hotel! Very disappointed!

Beach, garden & room facilities * all available at budget prices. The hotel staff is friendly, we will come back there again.

Hotel baik dan dibersihkan setiap hari, fasilitas untuk family room, sempurna (water dispenser, refrigerator, kas besi), staff ramah, breakfast oke, indah sekitarnya dan kids bisa main langsung ke pantai, kurangnya. Hotel ini klasik interior. Penerangannya kurang, nampak agak gelap menjelang jam 6 sore, signal kurang di kamar underground. It's oke di harga promo.

A nice old hotel for a vacation. Directly with a view of Kuta beach. It's good for breakfast to be given local food, because it's free only foreign food menus. Additional rice or fried noodles will incur an additional fee of 35 thousand (net).

The hotel is very nice, very spacious behind the hotel there is a Kuta beach, the view is very good but unfortunately because it is still a pandemic period all activities have not recovered, breakfast is good even though the menu is that every day.

Literally one of the best hotels in Kuta! Sure I'll stay here again on my next visit.
