The staff were friendly and spoke English

Excellent location. It is across from El Corte Inglés. If you visit Castellón and do not stay at Doña Lola’s you will miss a nice part of this Mediterranean city. Ah! Outstanding staff.

Great for late check-in. Good location 5 mins from train station and easy to walk into centre. Nice breakfast, staff, room. All good.

Located close to train and bus station about 10 minute walk. Clean property and professional staff.

As an overnight stop this was a very good location with a lovely park next hotel and the department store over the road. The room was however small, but adequate as I was on my own. Cleanliness was good and I enjoyed the breakfast for an extra €3.50 but I found the parking charge of €15 per night rather high. There was no parking available in the street.

Was just a one night stop on our way to France. Hotel was average, breakfast was good.

I stayed here as I was attending a football match nearby and there was a lack of hotel accommodation there. I wanted somewhere near the railway station and the town and this ticked all the boxes. The bed was particularly comfortable and the shower was good. My only complaint was that none of the English language channels worked. Breakfast was also really good with a choice of hot and cold options.

Our room was a family room with 4 beds pushed together, the mattress sizes did not correspond with the bases so there was an overlap on the mattress so was very easy to roll out of the bed. The curtains where full of dust and had not been cleaned for a very long time as they where discoloured. the tv was was literally hanging off the wall and was impossible to watch. In the bathroom the support for the shower had come away from the wall with the top bracket actually missing. I dont understand how they can rent a room out in such bad state of repair. very disapointed will not be returning.

La habitación estaba limpia, el personal muy amable. La ducha es fija, falta teléfono de ducha. Hacía demasiado calor en la hb, tuvimos que abrir un poco la ventana.

Limpeza , localização e simpatia do staff

Todo me pareció fantástico. El hotel cerca de la estación de tren y del centro de la ciudad. La habitación amplia. El personal amable. Si llegas antes de la hora de entrada a la habitación, puedes dejar la maleta en recepción sin problema. Si vuelvo a ir a Castellón, pienso volver a alojarme de nuevo en este hotel.

Las chicas de la recepción muy atentas y el Chequing rápido. La habitación está bien, pero la ducha se podría cambiar, se nota que tiene muchos años.

Hotel correcto , desayuno correcto .
